I am very disappointed! I went to JJ’s on Dickson last week and ordered the fish and chips. It was some of the best fish and chips I’ve ever had! I ordered fish and chips tonight (less than a week of ordering from JJ’s on Dickson) from the location on Steamboat and received some of the worst fish and chips I’ve ever had! The fish was barely battered, dry and rubbery. The pieces of fish were significantly smaller as well. I ordered on line and asked for 2 regular tartar sauces and received none. I realize there are different cooks at each location, but thought they would be more consistent. I will not be returning to this location

I REALLY, REALLY ENJOYED the band called Son’s of Turner last week as they were outstanding with their performance and I will definitely be back to see them again….like WOW!! The atmosphere was great and the food was delicious too….the only downfall was the wait staff took 20 minutes or more to come take my order after I was seated by the hostess and I had to get up and go ask the hostess to send wait staff to my table.

Sat on patio with service dog and was repeatedly asked by staff and managers to confirm dog was a service animal and not emotional support in which I verified. They asked what his job was for and for papers although you don’t have to present them. Was watched from back door the entire time. Made the experience unwelcoming. Service was decent but overall would not return due to disrespect.

Just came here tonight to try and eat, sadly I think I caught them at a bad night, will be trying again soon...Took us 15 mins to get our menu's, then after 30 mins of not seeing our waitress again I got the barkeeps attention asking if we could just pay for the sweet teas we got and she told us not to worry and have a good night, hope to come back soon and change to a better review!

It’s a great atmosphere with fantastic staff! The sliders for happy hour were delicious and you can’t beat the price. The manager, Sam, was quick to change the TV to the game we needed! He was very friendly and we appreciate it! 10/10 - definitely recommend!

The hubby and I met our son, DIL and granddaughter there for dinner. My husband wasn't pleased with his burger but my chicken and pickles sandwich was delicious. The World Series was on, the place was packed and loud but our server kept pace.
