I actually really love me some King Burrito, and this location is relatively close to my job so I frequent it more often than other locations. I've never had my food wrong and have always been satisfied, just wish they had more soda options (I hate Pepsi yuck). The burritos are the size of my face, and while I stay away from those, I typically get the flautas or a quesadilla. Since I'm typically picking up and driving, I find these foods easier to eat on the go. They're never too greasy and always hit the spot!

Well I used to love their food I went tonight and got a $10 burrito, opened it and as you can see the pictures it was nothing but rice I picked out a few pieces of meat and put it on my fork so you could see all the meat but why would I pay $10 for cheese that taste burnt extremely dark, and rice the whole thing was full of rice, for that much money I could get a little bit of meat in there please this is the worst burrito I have ever ever had usually I like it I mean usually they do a good job tonight they get an F

Terrible Customer service the cashier was rude to me and threw my plate in front of me. I always come here and I don't know what I did to be treated like this.

Absolutely love their food! I always go through the drive thru in Bentonville, however we finally went inside on Friday and their customer service was terrible. They also had very unpleasant music. The music was not family appropriate.

They have a large menu, lots of options & combinations. The steak & grilled chicken tacos were great. We had a coupon from our grocery store receipt for a complimentary chips & queso that we enjoyed.

Oh my. So delicious. So big. So fresh. So quick and convenient. So stuffed full of ingredients. These burritos are muy bueno. Tonight, I ordered the king cheesy burrito with chicken. Loved it. Loved the avocado salsa. I probably shouldn't have eaten the whole thing but just couldn't stop. Stop here and thank me later.

This food is cheap and bland. Really disappointed with everything we ordered.

The nachos with ground beef were excellent today. I always order the chips on the side so they don't get soggy. This batch of chips (different than the ones served with salsa) was perfectly fried. All separate not clumped together. We also order cabeza everything - today was the tacos. Always good! Thank you for serving really good food at a really good price.

Our favorite Mexican food in Fayetteville. My wife likes the street tacos and I like the queen cheesy burrito. A variety of meats are available and everything tastes fresh made. Fresh chips and white queso.

Lady at the front took our order completely wrong. It was a basic tacos. Nothing else and they forgot to put meat inside all 9 tacos as well as a whole king burrito and two sopes. Went back to get our food made right and they were wanting to put the meat back in our taco shells. That was a huge hell no especially during pandemic time. Instead of giving us our food we paid for already we had to order another 9 and PAY for those to be made right. They were talking to their bosses about the situation in spanish and me being hispanic i understood everything and they just laughed about the no meat in our tacos. Yeah, i’m not sure if the inexperience before working there or if they really just suck, but there you go. Don’t come here.

This place used to be awesome with great food and excellent customer service. That is no longer the case. I ordered one large burrito to divide between my two young sons and asked if they could just split it onto two plates for them after making it, but they refused. I said, "It just makes more sense to do it in the kitchen then for me to attempt it myself, no?" They just looked at me. Come on, these burritos are HUGE and that's a potentially messy job with just a fork vs whatever equipment they have in the back. They also no longer bring your food to you, but instead yell at you from across the restaurant when your order is ready. I get the overall feeling that they just don't give a you-know-what about customer service. At least, that seems to be the case at the Bentonville location. Thanks for nothing, King Burrito.
