I went there yesterday on my way to work. I ordered 3 carne asada tacos. Not sure what I got but was definitely not what I ordered. See pic below. Called and the lady that answered the phone was rude and wanted me to come all the way back over there to bring the food back as if she could serve it to someone else. She even verified that I was given the wrong order and everything. I told her I couldn’t come back at the moment because I was on my way to work. I asked her to refund my money. Of course she refused and was adamant I return food that I had already left with after I told her I would send her a picture because I don’t live close. Customer service is important and after yesterday it will be a while before I go back. If I go back.

We were only 2 people in there. Server seemed annoyed that we were there. $10 taco salad was basically a soggy shell with barely anything in it. Chicken in it was chopped up thigh meat, after I specifically asked if it would be shredded white meat. Husband could only eat couple bites of his burrito. Said the beef tasted bad. Do not waste your time or money going here.

I was disappointed when I didn't receive my chips n salsa and my drink when I ordered. She said oh you didn't say you wanted the meal. Yet I said I wanted mild salsa with my chips and a horchata for my drink. So I just got the entree and paid the same as if I'd ordered my the number instead of the title of the meal..

Server was nice. Decided to try this place out with my daughter. Got a Stephen special for myself and a chicken quesadilla for my daughter. Cost was 27 dollars.. restaurant prices. The Pepsi was very thick with syrup. Poured it out and got Dr pepper. Food was delivered under 5 min and looked promising. My daughters quesadilla was greasy though and mostly went to the trash. My food was smothered in white queso. I love cheese but not mouthfuls of it.Don't recommend it for the price, not even a little bit. Food was definitely cooked earlier in the day and not fresh. Take your hard earned money elsewhere

Absolutely FABULOUS!!! First time trying was today and in all honesty, it is the best authentic Mexican food I have out of if all the restaurants we have in NWA....delicious and fast! This is the one on Joyce. I had a beef taco salad and queso. Top notch delicious!!!
Food was delicious and the service was excellent! My tacos came fast the meat tasted great with no complaints whatsoever, staff were very welcoming,definitely recommend trying it out for yourself!!

Worse tacos I have ever had.. Meat is burnt and dry.. No sauce given and asked several times.. I will stick to my MLK location joyce is a joke and waste of money.. I would never recommend this location and won't go there again what a rip off...

I have had good tacos here but opted for Steven special. It was dry and salty with very little chicken and cheese. It is better to stick with tacos or burritos only.
