My husband and I went for our 9th year anniversary today and I couldn't have been more happy to have that 9th year celebration here! This restaurant is magnificent! The warm customer service, our server Isaac was very much on top of our needs and made sure we were definitely taken care of from start to finish. The food is beyond excellent, and just the overall general atmosphere, and attitude was astoundingly friendly and welcoming. The owner was also present with her awesome attitude. I want to say thank you to this restaurant for the great and wonderful experience!Our first time by the way. Thank you!Dietary restrictions: I did see gluten-free options on their menu.Parking: Parking is not difficult.Kid-friendliness: The restaurant has crayons and a kids menu.Wheelchair accessibility: I did see a ramp and accessible entry way including in the clean restroom.

I had lunch with coworkers at the Arkansas location. I had the spinach bow tie pasta with sun dried tomatoes and fried mozzarella. This restaurant had limited vegetarian options but many menu items can be customized. Nivea was our waitress and the service and food was great.

We love Mermaids. The wife and I went there for a date night. We started off with the Lobster Fritters and they were delicious. Herb Crusted Pork Tenderloin and the wife had the Halibut. Both were delicious!!!

I'm surprised that they don't have a higher rating on Yelp! We just had dinner there and it was very good! We ordered Barramundi (Australian sea bass), duck breast, and veal Maria. We all enjoyed our orders. Each entree came with a salad and bread for the table. I would come bs k when I'm in town!

Ambiance is fine, the food is tasty, the problem I have and the reason for the one star rating is the extremely small portions and the price. I paid $20 for a tiny portion of fish on a tiny bed of rice. Two small slices of bread accompanied my meal. The fish was approximately 1"x 3". Not kidding. My friend ordered a coke and a glass of wine and had to pay almost $30 for the two. Crazy expensive. Not for me. Service was fine.

We ordered several apps and entries, nobody at the table was impressed. The flavor points were just not there. It was not over salted which is always a plus, service was good.
Went with a large group. Overall atmosphere and service were great. Their special on the fish was lackluster. 4 folks in our party ordered the special and were shocked to get a piece of fried fish over some Brussels sprouts and some sauce. Had either one of us know it was a fried fish we would not have ordered m. Presentation of this entree was poor and lacking and so were the flavors.

The owners are passionate about maintaining an excellent dining experience. Everything is always on point and delicious. I have been dining here since they opened, and I have never had anything less than perfect.
