This is the best, most authentic Mexican food that you will find in Northwest Arkansas. Out of a food truck of all places. The Cane Asada tacos are great. The California burrito is amazing, and the burria tacos are next level. The service is friendly, and the food is made fresh, but worth the wait. You are standing in a parking lot but the food is awesome.

Today was my first time having Mimi’s Mexican and it will definitely not be my last!!! I got 2 chicken tacos, 1 pork tamale, 1 cheese popusa, and 1 horchata. Everything was fresh and delicious! Worth every penny and affordable for the amazing quality. Please check them out you will love it :)

Ordered way too much but everything we tried was delicious! We sampled the asada tacos, fries, burrito, each of the tamales, lengua tacos, quesadilla, chips, salsa, and queso. It was all really good! Bonus: lunch for tomorrow!
