The milk tea is so sweet. The mochi donut does not even taste close to the authentic one, not chewy enough and the frosting is mediocre. Just like normal donut in the shape of mochi donut. Tried two times, always feel disappointed. Not recommend and cannot give another chance.

‼️WOULDN’T RECOMMEND IT‼️Writing this after I’m now leaving Mochi Xo in the NWA Mall, the service was TERRIBLE and EMBARRASSING! As i went to place an order for a normal mochi donut and was talking to the cashier, the, i guess “manager?” or should i say CHILD (because she honestly looked to be 15 years old) interrupted me and the cashier to scold her in front of me for a simple mistake. I thought it was a little strange to go off on your employees in front of customers, but i kept my mouth closed. As I then proceed to pay, the manager AGAIN stops both me and the cashier and explains that the CASHIER put in the total amount of the donut wrong (in front of me). It wasn’t wrong. I’ve been going here for about a month now and know the price of a single mochi donut, but because the child manager persisted that the price was right I gave up and didn’t purchase it. Hope this post will be a heads up to anyone considering on going to Mochi Xo now, some ignorant kid is running the show!!!

The boba was amazing , and so are the donuts ! They just came out with new potato swirls and macaroons , and those are the best things I’ve ever tried. The workers are also super sweet and have good customer service. Definitely recommend this place.

This has always been my go-to spot for boba in NWA. But after the experience I had today, not anymore. My fiancé went around 1:00 to get 4 drinks. There were some young teenagers working. He paid and waited, and waited, and waited... they brought out 2 drinks. He waited some more for the other 2, but they never brought them out. After waiting for 20 minutes, he saw that other customers were receiving their drinks. Confused, he asked one of the workers where his other 2 drinks were. They replied, "oh, we forgot about those" and went back to make them. He waited another 30 minutes for the last 2 drinks. They finally brought them out and they were AWFUL. The redbull drink was flat with no carbonation at all. They also put no ice in it. We ordered 3 coconut ube drinks with crystal boba and the drinks were white (they're usually purple) with barely any crystal boba inside. So in total, he waited almost an hour for the drinks and they weren't even worth the $30. The employees didn't even apologize for the wait or screwing up the drinks. Worst customer service ever. We won't ever be returning and wasting our money here. Edit: after posting my original review, an employee from this boba shop dm'd me on Instagram accusing me of putting the employees jobs in jeopardy by "making them look bad." If this doesn't speak to how immature and unprofessional they are here, I don't know what will.

The tea was really good, though my friend said he couldn’t taste the Oreo in his Oreo tigers eye tea, but that it still tasted good. The Mochi donuts were really good, not as airy as standard basic donuts but had an almost cake-like texture and they were really good.

Please train your staff to not stuff 12 donuts into one box where the box couldn't closed and donuts ruin from piling on top of each other. She was not even friendly and couldn't understand when I ask for 2 of each.
