The coffee here was great. We have been a big fan of their beans for many years and enjoyed coming to the shop. The cold brew and black coffee were excellent. The croissant was good but I have tasted better.

I am a CA transplant who lives near this shop. It’s a nice place to go get some work done and even meet some locals, but what surprised me the most about Onyx is that their coffee is more expensive than what I’m used to getting in San Francisco! I mean holy moly you guys charged me almost $8 for a freakin iced latte. I can make the Onyx Delight at home, it’s nothing special enough to warrant that price. So I give the service and ambience five stars but because of the ridiculous prices I would give the company 2-3 stars tops. Your coffee is not that special.

We ordered a latte and cappuccino and they guy behind the counter first put latte and after correction, put in flat white but confirmed that we will get a cappuccino. Well, we got a flat white. Not the same thing. The coffees were good. The muffin top that I got tasted way too buttery and I threw half away.

I wouldn't let anyone else in town handle my espresso, they nail it every time. Horrible shotgun bar style venue however, I wish it was a spot I wanted to stick around long enough to finish my drink.

I really appreciate their commitment to sustainability and ethicalbusiness practice.Bonus note, if you go while they still have their spring menu, get the botanical blue shake. It is one of my favorite drinks I’ve ever gotten anywhere!

I live outside of Arkansas, it's about two hours to get to any Onyx locations. This is, hands down, my favorite coffee shop. They have amazing flavours, but the coffee itself is delicious without any fancy additions. Wonderful service, great atmosphere.
There is no better coffee anywhere. Also, their food (breakfast sandwich, ham and cheese croissant, and chocolate croissant) are what dreams are made of.
