Had lunch here, and it was nice, but I think I will try other bbq joints for comparison before returning. I ordered the smoked chicken sub as it was a recommendation, I found it to be lackluster. There was nothing wrong or bad, but there was nothing to write home about either. The service was great, though!
The next time you are hungry for BBQ this place will not let you down. Most places give you a spoonful of meat and the same for sides and make you pay 20 bucks for a kid's meal basically. This place values you as a customer and I have never left hungry. My wife and I have been coming here for years and for the amount of food you get for the price is unbelievable and always has been. They make inhouse sweets as well that are destined to make you ?. Thank you Penguin Ed's for staying true and delicious for your customers. 5 STARS

Really enjoyed the vegetarian sub and hot pulled pork sandwich! Friendly service. Loved the penguins and homemade cookies. Fun for kids to look at all the penguin decorations!
