I’ve had a long and mostly pleasant relationship with this place. Used to always recommend it to folks. Went today with my family and I think it’s gonna be my last visit. Server stood at a table next to us which I guess he knew outside of work, and chatted with them for 10 minutes straight when none of my family members had drinks. Myself being previous kitchen worker, I understand coming to say hello to your friends when they come see you at work, but there’s a fine line that was overstepped. The time I went before this, the server completely forgot my entree and it took 20 minutes for me to get my food while the rest of the table ate. They add 22% to your bill automatically, which I don’t personally agree with but I understand why they do it. Just breaks my heart I’ve had a number of bad experiences here because I really do love the creative and delicious food they serve.

Ever since they have added the 22% automatic tip, service has been terrible. No refilled waters. Can’t find it server to order another drink. The hostess gave our table away (and we arrived in under the 5 minute check in limit) and we had to wait another 30 minutes for a table… a total of an hour! This was the 2nd bad experience we had there… all after the 22% auto tip was implemented. The servers/hostess no longer care. Very disappointing!Vegetarian options: Several options cocos also be made vegetarian. That is why we chose that restaurant.Dietary restrictions: They allow you to remove and change items that you cannot eat. If you remove items there uses no cost. If you add items (even though you deleted items) you get charged extra.Parking: There are not many parking spaces available and they took out the lot adjacent to the restaurant. Sometimes you have to simply wait until someone leaves to park.

First time here. The pancakes were on point and melted in my mouth! The flight is a must so you can experience more than one of their amazing cakes!! The piggyback omelette was phenomenal, smoky, and sagey.Michael was our server and he was exceptional! Very informative, pleasant, and had a fun energy!! He was astute with our table needs.

Delicious food and excellent service! Michael was great, the avocado toast and huevos rancheros were awesome. Order the flight of pancakes to share. If you don’t, you will drool as everyone around you gets theirs, and then you will end up ordering it anyway!
Bacon was perfectly cooked. We sampled 3 different pancakes, all fire. Only drip coffee available though. Their Hawgs Breath bloody Mary was good, but a little sweet. Omelet was amazingly flavorful. Waited a bit to get our check, but very friendly service and great atmosphere.

One of the most delicious breakfasts spots. Had the breakfast tacos and they were absolutely amazing. Cute atmosphere. Wait was short to get in. Great service from Michael. Pancakes, coffee buzz and fresh squeezed OJ mimosas looked yummy but will wait until next trip.
We went to Prelude Bentonville after seeing it on social media a few times. It took us a minute to find the place as we were looking for ac actual restaurant. Once we realized it was inside Scorch & Soda we went on inside. The food was pretty decent. My wife got a "pancake flight" of different pancakes. I think she was expecting the actual pancakes to be all different flavors but instead it was really just the toppings. I got breakfast tacos which were really good but nothing sooo special.
