Came here for dinner and ordered 2 calzones, I was told to pull forward and proceed to wait over 40 minutes before I had to pull back through the drive-thru and ask about my order only to find out it had been done for a while. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt as there was a long line of cars that had come right after me but there was no offer to remake my lukewarm food or apology for my wait.

The last time I got food from here, it was disgusting. The overpriced cinnamon roll I bought was days old and hard and dry. The sandwiches I bought were repulsive! The meat was slimy and the bread was soggy! Schlotsky’s needs to call it quits! So gross!

Both the food and the service were great at this location! I liked that the order taker made me aware of the price difference between ordering a sandwich and drink a la carte and ordering a meal so I got the best deal for what I wanted.The absolute best part of any Schlotsky's sandwich in my opinion is the delicious bun! I recommend trying their sandwiches just for the bun if nothing else!

At 6pm, apparently, all of the cinnamon rolls are gross. We came by to grab a Cinnabon cinnamon roll, and it was disgusting. It was cold, hard, dry, and I couldn't eat it.Honestly, they might be fine at another time, but I'm very unimpressed and upset at the quality. $10 for two cinnamon rolls that ended up being unable to be eaten.Please do better!

My boyfriend, one year old, and I got ready after a long day of work to get some food here. It was 8pm on a Friday night but we still checked to make sure it would be open for us to go to. Website says open until 9pm!! We got there at 8:15pm... 45 minutes until closing. Got to the drive through at EXACTLY 8:15pm and through the speaker a worker said "hi we are not taking anymore orders". Nothing else. We just drove away. This is just poor customer service. If your employees walk out the door to go home at 9pm then you probably shouldn't advertise that you are open until 9pm. Door says lobby is open until 8pm. Drive through is 9pm. If everyone wants to go home at 9pm then you should probably close at 8pm so as not to mislead your customers and have them drive all the way across town. Or if you don't want to work... Then quit your job. Employees like this give you a bad name.Thumbs down.

Walked in today with my wife and grandson and ordered our food. We waited for 1 hour before one of the 3 employees came out and asked us if we had got our food yet. Then asked us what we had ordered because they didn't know what we ordered. After an hour wait I asked for a refund. It was not busy at all while we was there. The tables was dirty. I had to clean ours before sitting down. This place has gone downhill badly. DO NOT EAT HERE! Horrible service and dirty. The employees and manager on duty didn't care that we was upset. Only thing she said to me was "Here" as she handed me my receipt for my refund. Worst service I've ever seen from a restaurant hands down.
