Our “server dude” was kind, and even gave us a complimentary dessert due to our longer wait time (we didn’t even ask about our food; he just recognized it was taking a while, and offered us the treat!). I actually fell on my way into the store to get my puck up order .it was dark and I couldn't see the curb ! It is painted all the way until it rounds a little corner . Well that's where I tripped I went down so hard ! It was embarassibg as well as painful ..I told them inside what happened and the kid walked me to me car very sweet kid ..but they never took a report nothing ?♀️

They couldn't make my Waffle and Chickens because they didn't have any mix. So they gave me a Complimentary Card. I tried a couple days later and come to find out the Complimentary Card wasn't even activated. AKA useless. They didn't even try to make it right. Never coming back again!

My mother and I went to have lunch after biting into a piece of her chicken strip She was extremely grossed out to find it was not even cooked all the way through. What was even more disappointing is how the staff handled the situation. The assistant manager didn't appear to know what he was even doing an apology was never offered after some time he finally just gave me $11 the receipt and that was basically it turned around and walked away which wasn't even the total of her meal.

It's okay. It's hard to turn left going out because of location and traffic. It's not my favoriteParking: The parking lot is next to the hwy. So when your trying to find a spot you could have cars coming in on you quick ?
If you're a chicken lover like me, Slim Chickens is great. Friendly staff, great eats and yummy treats.

Hay the service here was top notch. The building was clean and the worker at the register was the nicest person I’ve ever met while eating lunch. My daughter and I both agreed this restaurant was better than wing stop. 10/10 I’ll be picking up food to take to her school when I eat lunch there for now on.Kid-friendliness: They were so so nice to my 8 year old daughter.
