Before I explain my complaint, let me say my visits to this Starbucks location are usually great, even when it gets super busy.Today, I asked for a drink without ice, but the drink I received was full of ice. I showed the barista that my drink specified no ice and asked if they could fix it. The barista took my drink, poured the liquid into another cup, and filled the rest with milk. I asked for a Caramel Brulee Latte but received a drink that tasted like milk.
I was trying to buy a gift card. Should have been simple, but it took three different people to try and help and I think one was a manager. I was told they had a new system which is why they had trouble. I left after about 12min... empty-handed.
