Employees and food quality are always great, but this place has a seriously unsettling vibe to study in. it looks like there are never enough baristas clocked in and they always seem stressed out and pressed for time. can’t even ask how they’re day is going or for a straw before they have to go to the window or somewhere else for something. not their fault at all! but as a service worker, they seem very unsupported and that’s not conducive to a healthy or comfortable atmosphere for patrons or employees alike. serious managerial issues or something similar going on

A huge THANK YOU to the crew at this Starbucks! Y'all do a GREAT job ?. Due to recent health issues, I found it necessary to change my order to a soy mocha latte, ONE pump mocha, cinnamon in the latte and on top of the whipped cream. This is a rare treat for me, but one I thoroughly enjoy. I had decreased the number of pumps of mocha several years ago because I don't like my coffee too sweet. The College Starbucks has very friendly baristas and I am never in the drive thru very long.

I Get the Vt. Iced White Mocha with Caramel Drizzle. But today by Suggestion I had Toffee Nut added. Oh My Goodness it was Soooo Delicious ❣️?☕ The Starbucks Employees Work Very Hard. And the Orders are Far from Simple. So let's Remember to Treat these Young Hard Working People "RESPECTFULLY" ? The Entitled Behavior that Shows Up at Their Counter & Drive Thru is Unbelievable So Please, Show Kindness & Patience ❣️Give Out what You want back ????

Waited for 10 minutes just for them to tell me they couldn’t make any espresso drinks or steam any milk. How can a coffee place not have coffee?? Now late to work. They should of let customers know or put a sign out before waiting in line for 10 minutes for no reason.

I just get coffee through the drive through. They do a great job.
Ordered a dragon punch or similar. There were ZERO other customers in the store. One car went through the drive thru in 15 mins. I then went to the counter and asked the 2 employees if I had forgotten about. She said my ticket must have been lost. Really? There were NO other customers there. Could they not see that I had nothing to drink? Ridiculous to pay any amount then wait 15 minutes and have to plead for my order. Never again.

One of the WORST Starbucks I have ever been too. First off, the entire store was pretty filthy. I could see food crumbs spread throughout the entire floor. The counters were sticky, as well as the furniture out of place. The place was pretty empty when I arrived and only remained to have a few people throughout my time. Although we were all respectful of noise, the employees were not. Every few minutes very loud clashing kept occurring and it ended up making me leave the store finally. I will not be returning back to this location. I will say the guy that took my order was very kind and helpful during that process. So just maybe stick to the drive through.
