Was picking up a doordash order, 5 people in the kitchen, everyone saw me in there. Not one person acknowledged me, instead the girl who was supposed to be working the counter is hanging out the drive thru window yelling "look at this rainbow." I get its fast food and the people working honestly dont care but at some point you have to have some self awareness.
Normally I order here habitually with my partner but they took the items we usually eat off the menu and replaced it with beef items. We were down to try them even though they were plenty more expensive. When we got our food, it was cold and poorly represented. Upon tasting it, it was absolutely disgusting (I hate saying this about food) but it really truly made us really sick and we personally won’t be coming back to Taco Bell because of this. Taco Bell is about to lose a bunch of customers because they messed up their entire menu by taking away the most popular items and replacing it with something more expensive that doesn’t even live up to the name.

In this case, Nicole, who's working the window on 12/2/23, had the friendliest customer service I've experienced at a Taco Bell. Excellent customer service like hers brings customers back, and her pay should reflect that.

Ordered online. Order was missing 2 burritos a drink and cinnamon twists. Called for a refund and the manager on duty on 10/27/23 at 18:00 told us that we could not get a refund or get the items we were missing. For things we paid for? Have had a similar experience here with missing items and did not try to correct. This is the worst Taco Bell in NWA and Fayetteville. In the end it’s not the food missing that is upsetting. It’s the customer service that is lack luster and bad management.
