Local donut shop with standard variety of donuts. Plain and simple as you would expect. No croissants or other fancy pastries. Just great tasting donuts and fresh pots of coffee.

Honestly not the best donut place in town but okay option when everywhere else is closed. Sausage rolls were a little burnt but at least they were pretty cheap I'll give em that!

The prices have gone up and the quality is so poor. Bought donuts to take to work and they are stale and extremely small and look terrible. I was too embarrassed to even bring them into work for my staff.. Sucks bc there is no other donut shop on this side of town.. see picture below.. quality is poor!!! And to be stale at 6:45am.. terrible!!! I got glazed and chocolate donuts. They look burnt and not even like a donut really. The quality has never been so bad at this location either... Hope they get their stuff together!!

I came to get donuts for my office. The prices have gone up and donuts look like mini burnt donuts... wasn't too fresh and they were out of a lot of different items... I sure hope this location gets back to par bc its the only donut shop on this side of town. If you raise the prices, don't make the items smaller and make sure they are fresh and not burnt! I ended up leaving them in my car bc i was too embarrassed to serve them to my office group...

Donuts are good. Customer service and transparency not so great, not always. Today the prices charged for our food didn't matched their current menu price posted by the window or online. Taxes charged were not shown on the receipt and there is an additional 4% fee charge for paying with card, not visibly stated anywhere. I was charged $6 more than what had calculated. I asked for a receipt to check it out and it only showed the amount charged. Under tax charged, it stated zero. So to have a piece of mind I drove back around to the window to ask for a breakdown of what all I got charged. The person at the window seemed annoyed from the getgo I was even asking. She quickly said prices had gone up, but hadn't been changed on their menus yet. Still, things didn't fully add up, she quickly said what all I got charged only by stating the amount I paid. Speaking quickly and seemingly growing annoyed. She started speaking out loud for everyone inside to hear her, almost purposely. Drawing attention to me at the window, asking her to tell me what all I got charged. I asked why she was raising her voice? I told her everyone was starting. She didn't care. Didn't tell me how much she charged me individually. I drove off and never coming back. The receipt says "owner" under server who helped me. Wow!!! If she was the owner, she behaved like someone who didn't care about her business. Very unprofessional.I asked for 2 dozen donut holes $1.50 doz ($3 overall)4 chocolate glaze donuts $.85 each5 sausage rolls $1.65 each but she gave me 6 for $9 This all comes up to $15.40 she never told me how much tax was but I got charged $22.14 and horrible behavior from the window person
Donuts are good, customer service and transparency not so great, not always. The prices charged didn't match their current menu posted by the window or the one here on their Facebook page. Taxes charged, were not shown on the receipt. It said "zero" for tax, but they were charged. Everything I ordered from their menu came up to $15.40 before tax and hidden fees. I was charged $22.14. I politely asked for a breakdown of the prices charged and the person at the window, owner(?) seemed immediately annoyed I even asked. Said prices went up, mentioned a 4% card usage fee etc but wasn't very clear with the actual charges charged. She spoked very quickly. Left me in the window waiting, came back speaking loudly, purposely, for everyone to hear that I was asking. It was embarrassing. I asked why she was raising her voice? Told her everyone was staring. She was done "helping me" and didn't say anything else for clarification.

Inaccurate hours listed, sad to say I showed up at 10:07 to find them closed.

My go to place for getting great doughnuts. Not fancy but really good old fashion doughnuts! The sausage rolls are really great too. A good variety of doughnuts you can't go wrong and for a great price

Decent but prefer Golden Kolache for Kolache and Cronuts for doughnuts.

We stopped in to get 2 dozen donuts for the local Hazmat team. We just mentioned that in passing to the lady waiting on us. She gave us the donuts and said it was for free since it was for the Fire Department. How nice! Bless everyone at Royal Donuts. All the first responders were thankful.
Good donuts.
