Omg, I lack the vocabulary to describe how delightful my meal is. The fried catfish is plump and sooo juicy no need for sauce. The greens hint the lemon at first then saturates with a unique savory flavor. Never had greens this good. I didn’t know greens could be this good lol. The sauce is made from scratch. It’s a sauce proper that supplements the food so well I fail to determine were the sauce taste ends and juicy meat begins. This dude is a culinary genius. And a veteran. I got you brother, we’ll be eating at your place from now on.

The food arrived cold. Despite being cold, the greens tasted great, the chicken was good, the potato salad had the consistency of thick soup. The portion sizes leave a lot to be desired especially with the pricing. A toddler could easily eat the sides and be hungry still.

My husband just ate here while waiting on a tire to be replaced we H & R. He said it was amazing food and the owner was a great guy. He had the catfish (he raves about it), chicken wings, greens and coleslaw. Recommends all of it! I can’t wait to try it!

You know a place is on point when you hear it at the Barber Shop. (SKILLZ UNLIMITED) Great barbershop btw but I made the drive from Rogers to the Uncle Chubbs. Was greeted by Chubbs talked football and got the meal chicken dinner w mac n cheese and beans. Food was on point. Will be a returning customer.
