Guess they didn't know I could speak Spanish. Very rude and unpleasant. The not so gentleman behind the counter kept his hand on his mouth and was touching our nuggets that fell out of the pack afterwards. They gave me a sauce that was busted open and I waited at the counter as they told each other to ignore me, maybe IL go away. In Spanish. I don't expect much out of young employees but the ladies were not so young. I hate writing reviews but this was not ok. I'm sure nothing will be done about this so I plan on keeping my family away from this store thanks.

Worst customer service ever and I say this from someone who has worked in the fast food industry numerous years for different restaurants so I can actually say I know how it is. There's 2 guys that work in the drive thru that have the worst customer service skills I've ever seen. A bigger guy works day shift and a guy with a long blonde ponytail that works night shift. Every time my wife orders food and pulls up to the window they have a bad attitude and always get our order wrong. They definitely do not need to deal with customers

My recent visit to Wendy's was driven by a nostalgic yearning for the Frosty, a treat reminiscent of childhood memories. However, my experience was spoiled by an unexpected delay, as I found myself waiting for over 10 minutes due to congestion inside the restaurant. Disappointingly, the long wait did not translate into the anticipated satisfaction, as the Frosty failed to meet the usual standard of taste. I don’t know if this taste difference is just in this location. Nonetheless, it may be some time before I feel compelled to indulge in another Frosty craving.

It's hard to find a burger that isn't over dosed with Mayo and Ketchup. It oozes out with every bite and the burger finally loses its structure and falls apart. It's a mess that you have to finish with a fork or not at all.

Had a few times now where they messed an order up and the manager was rude about replacing it. I wouldn't mind the mistake, but there's no reason to be curt when the mistake was an employee's for not ending e things correctly.Vegetarian options: Mostly potatoes, no entrees

I ordered through doordash. The total amount was $32 including tip. The receipt that was delivered showed $18. I was charged for $32. The food was incorrect. Did not receive bbq sauce, Napkins, straws, correct food, fork/spoon.

I ordered pickup on the app and they only gave me half my order. When we showed them our receipt with everything on it, they said it wasn't the same as what they had and told me I couldn't get the rest of the food I paid for. They told me there was nothing I could do and had to just get a refund. Customer service is down for the next 3 days so I can't even request a refund. It was a terrible experience and I wasted so much money. I'm never going to Wendy's again.
