Order took a long time, got home (less than 10 minutes away) and my food was not only wrong but cold. They also did not include any utensils for the wings.

As regular customers of Whataburger, we decided to stop by for breakfast this morning, as we often do. However, upon returning home and opening our food, we were dismayed to find that the gravy accompanying our meal was as runny as water, literally. This is certainly not the quality we are accustomed to from Whataburger.Understanding that mistakes happen, I contacted the store to address the issue. Unfortunately, my conversation with Brooke, who identified herself as the manager, only exacerbated our dissatisfaction. Brooke not only displayed a dismissive attitude but also demonstrated a lack of concern for the subpar product being served from her store.When I expressed my desire for a refund rather than a replacement order, Brooke made it clear that refunds are not their policy. I requested to speak with the general manager of the store or obtain the corporate office phone number to escalate my concerns, Brooke claimed to be the general manager. At that point, once she knew I was serious about escalating this issue to corporate and upper management, she did issue a refund, or so she said. I guess I'll find out in a few days.Furthermore, when I insisted on contacting upper management to address both the quality of the product and Brooke's unprofessional behavior, she callously implied that my efforts would be futile, stating that any complaint would come directly to her. She said "Oh sure. Here's the number. The complaint will come to me anyways."This experience with Brooke has me concerned about the level of customer service and quality control at Whataburger. If this is how Brooke treats any customer who encounters an issue, it raises serious questions about her suitability for a managerial role within the company.

I have been a Whataburger fan since 2009 but hadn’t had it in a while. I brought someone with me so he can try it for the first time.The Chicken and Fish sandwiches were a lot smaller than they used to be, the batter seemed way different and no salt, very bland.The fries and onion rings had no salt and we were not given napkins with the order so when food spilled in the car there was no way to clean it up.The Buffalo chicken didn’t have as much flavor as other restaurants.Very disappointed ☹️ Buger King now takes my number 1 fast food spot.

This is the worst what a burger around !!! Sat in line for 15 minutes, when we got to the window they didn’t have our order , had not idea !!!! You just took it! Geez !

Ordered through the app. Waited in line for 30 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. When I got to the window they told me I canceled my order. I showed them that I was still on the same screen as when I placed the order and had the receipt. The manager said “You canceled your order”. Then he acted like he wasn’t gonna do anything. I refused to leave because I already paid and had the receipt. I told him “it’s on your side” he responded with “we can’t cancel the order on our side, but I’ll make it for you anyway”. He came back 15 second later with a cold sandwich. Despite all that I said “have a good night”. He slammed the window in my face. Needless to say I’m calling corporate for that horribly rude situation. How are you gonna mess up then blame me.
