Came here on a work trip looking to grab some classic southern bbq & they delivered. Sweet tea was 10/10. They smoked all the meat to perfection on the club sandwich & their piggy logo is cutesy.

Visited Arts last night. Service and food was great! Loved my bleu cheese bacon burger!!! Best burger I have had in a long while. The house smoked bacon was great on that burger.

I took family here who had never been after talking them out of another place. This place used to have great burgers and catfish. They are local now and will not go back. We ordered catfish and ribs, and one person ordered a combo plate. The catfish was very thin and small and was fishy. The server was told this and didn’t offer to replace it or take it off the bill. The baby back ribs had NO meat and the loaded baked potato was dry and tasted like it had been sitting in a Warmer too long. The onion rings were cold and chewy and had no seasoning. The best thing on the whole plates was the Texas toast. For $60, the food and service are way better at other places.

If you want good BBQ, I would not recommend Art’s. I had the brisket, which was extremely disappointing. Lacking in flavor as if they were afraid to season it, tasted like it was taken from the packaging and placed on the smoker for an hour or two then finished off in the oven. You can hardly taste the nice smokey flavor you would expect from a nice piece of brisket. The sauce was extremely disappointing as well, tasted like watered down ketchup, vinegar and brown sugar at best.

Would give it a zero stars just on customer service alone. Went to order a coffee and sit and watch the game, was rudely told I had to order a meal to sit in the restaurant. Clarified that coffee was purchased and the gentleman told me he understood but, it's private restaurant and has been for 10 years and nothing has changed. That's the rule. I needed to take the coffee outside the restaurant. I'd highly suggest that for a small airpot this is not the way to get business. More patrons would likely make a purchase while sitting among friends or watching a game. Lost my business. I would have been happy to buy if that's what it took, but the attitude I received was quite unpleasant. Time: 12:58pm
