Took us two hours to get our food. I know they are busy on live band nights, but they need to accommodate for that. Some of our party was finished eating before the last two even got their food. Some tables were walking out due to this fact.

Found our new fav restaurant in Fort Smith! Jadee was very sweet, knowledgeable about everything on the menu and just a pleasant person. Sooooo much food and we were there for the early bird special which is a plus. We will definitely make the drive from Mena to eat here again!

4 stars for the food. 3 stars for the service. Had a great band that night. Really 3.75 stars. Just hard to give four stars when we did not get anything to drink until halfway through our appetizers. Took longer than that to get some napkins.

Early March and we dined outside in Ft Smith, AR! Our server Jordon was busy but did a super job taking care of all the tables. We enjoyed the tacos- steak & salmon, steak/chicken nachos, a Steven’s Chicken Bowl & Crawfish etouffee. We all really enjoyed our food. Dining was on the patio listening to the local band Aces N Eights give a great performance. An added bonus, we were able to have our golden doodle with us. We will definitely be back.
We got the Swamp Dog Basket it’s always great. Always a great time at Boondocks love the patio, the live music ?, atmosphere, and the service is excellent!

First off the place was not that busy walked in and got seated fast but that was the only fast thang that they did, there was just a hostess and a waitress at least that is all I saw there was a bar lady behind the bar. Put our order in and got our drinks waited about 3min and then got our food the shrimp gumbo was just like warm and had three shrimp in it and got the crawfish Shirley with rice and fries the fries was hotter than the crawfish Shirley and also never got a refill on drinks had to eat the crawfish Shirley with a fork and took so long to be able to pay out and no manager was ever seen walking around checking on customers it’s sad. I will not go back there.
I'm going to say it like it is your restaurant sucks ! There is nothing I had I would recommend to anyone, there is nothing Cajun about your food Walmart sells frozen dinners that tastes better and has a better presentation than your food. Our so called waitress was more interested in flirting with the young men than getting our order out to us that was cold. This was on a Saturday three weeks ago around 2 pm. We won't be back.

Well I wouldn’t recommend this place. Took family to this place and service was slow and food was lukewarm only had one waitress and a hostess and didn’t see the manager once while I was there. Drinks was never refilled and had to wait to pay for check what the kicker was they were not even busy.

We ate at Boondocks tonight with our kids. Our waitress was phenomenal. I unfortunately did not get a chance to grab her name but she certainly went above and beyond. She was on a mission to find me some A1 sauce. She made the whole experience great. Food was also delicious.
