It's Braums - whats not to like about Braums?! One of the only fast food places I like. The ice cream is great, and they always have fun seasonal flavors. The fries are another fav. The burgers are good and fresh. Customer service is usually pretty good as well. The condiment section is usually in need of something; ketchup, napkins or other and the employees seem annoyed anytime you ask for something that is missing from this area. That's about my only complaint! The grocery section is higher priced than other stores, but is convenient to grab something while in the store, especially milk or ice cream!

I love Braums and eat frequently at the one on Rogers Avenue in Fort Smith Arkansas. The last time my friends and I went there it was very hectic with no apparent manager. One worker was taking orders for food and also doing the ice cream

Worst experience at a Braums ever. Tried to purchase items from the market - stood at the register for 15 minutes and no one came. I'll stick to the Oklahoma Braums - they are run better!

Service was great, food was great, really friendly staff, and really can't beat the price.Wish I could give it 5 but the place was just really dirty. From the seating area to the bathrooms and store area. Wasn't a super busy time so feel like cleanliness should be trained.

Went to the drive thru and ordered food as well a Sundae.The worker was very rude, handed me my sundae with the lid falling off and then annoyed that I tried to keep it from falling all over my passenger seat.The fries are salty and cold and the cheeseburger is cold enough that the cheese didn't melt at all.My wife's only comment is that the food "IS SAD". I think Whataburger is levels better, the only thing Braums has going for it is the ice cream is still quality.Sadly, it's gone downhill in the last two decades.
