Not if you're on a time limit. Drive thru is very slow getting orders out. Haven't dined in so no knowledge on that. Food is good. Just slow.

I ordered my food using my phone app to be picked up inside, & on top of waiting over 20 minutes to receive it- I witnessed the front counter worker drop a empty food bag on the floor, & proceed to pick it up & place it on the fry station for food to be placed inside of it. This is a cross contamination violation, and the fact that he looked at the customers waiting in front when he did it makes me firmly believe he knew what he was doing and was looking to see if he got caught. Me and the man waiting beside me both worked in the fast food industry prior, so we were both shocked it even happened so casually. I watched this bag closely as I wanted to notify manager of it as soon as I could pull her away from doing most if not all the food prep for orders for even a moment.While standing there, I heard the manager start asking if the front end person had all their orders. They mentioned my order number and I got relieved, only to realize that the manager asked about my orders sandwich several minutes later, about where did it go she just handed it up, and saw no customers up front had left- To which the front worker didn't know how to answer where it went.When the manager started expediting to find all the waiting customers orders up front, I went ahead and told her about how that bag has touched the floor and was placed back up for having food placed in it. I was thankful I didn't lose track of which one it was because that could potentially get someone sick. She swiftly replaced the bag, and I'm glad that she instantly took care of it upon hearing what happened.Mind you, my partner is in the car and nearing the end of my wait I was worried because I had picked them up for lunch and on top of realizing I couldn't have time to eat with them anymore, I was near tipping the edge to get a refund because I couldn't afford to wait too much longer or my partner could lose their job from being late. I was becoming frazzled and stressed, so when asked about my order I sputtered it out.I did get my food in the end, but had to drop my partner off with only their wild cherry slush and no food because she didn't have time to eat anything before working again. Though perhaps it was for the better because food was really cooled off-and tasted really off... I ate it anyhow as it was the only food I had for today, but I severely regret coming here. I'm crossing my fingers the off taste wasn't bad food in general.I'm also hoping that manager gets some more help because she was running things really well considering the mess ups of the front register worker.If she gets to see this, thank you so much for rushing to get my order when you did, though I wish it hadn't happened like that for either of us. You deserve a raise for all you were being put through and getting accomplished. I'm sorry if I seemed mad when asking you for my drink, I was frazzled and terrified my wanting to have burger king would risk my partner keeping her job by possibly coming in late.If I could give her 5 stars for her efforts & fast corrections, and give the store 1 for the late order completion, poor training on food safety, and their lack of communication as a team, I would. That manager should not be carrying the weight of the store's shortcomings when she was speaking loud enough, and clearly enunciating her questions and commands to focus her team, and working nearly 3-4 stations by herself while trying so hard to keep her confused, & barely paying attention front register person on track.

The employees at this Burger King must be allergic to sauce, because they forgot for the third time in a row. God forbid you remind them and ask for it, because they’ll huff and sigh like you expect them to donate an organ.

I would think the first sauce would be free, to go with the meal but the cashier gave the other employee a hard time for giving me a free sauce. She was going to give it to me anyway but I asked her how much and she said 16 cents. So I gave it to her so she didn't get in trouble and 16 cents isn't a lot but it's the principle. Then she dropped the quarter I gave her, told her to keep the change and the other lady told her just leave it. Guarantee she forgets it's there and it doesn't get paid for anyway. Like bk doesn't make enough money to give a sauce or two ? the front cashier needs to learn manners as well, makayla was her name I think.

Went they the drive thru tonight, 7/6/23, and the person taking the orders at the drive thru was soooo RUDE! As I was trying to place my order he constantly interrupted me by saying "What else, what else" not allowing me to get a word out! When I stated, sir can you give me a second to order he really became rude so I left. I called the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager and Guess When it was the Night Manager at the drive thru which he attempted When I asked him if he was the person taking drive thru orders. When I asked why he was so rude he stated, " Because I'm doing my job!" OH wow! Told him I was calling corporate to complain he stated, "GOOD LUCK WITH THAT!" If this guy is the manager and is in charge of training employees he himself needs re-training! I can only imagine how he speaks to other customers, his employees or take any pride in managing the restaurant! Thank God he didn't make my food! He'd be the employee to drop the cheese on the floor, pick it up and slap it on a burger! I WILL NEVER AGAIN PURCHASE FOOD AT THIS LOCATION AND WILL CALL CORPORATE AND COMPLAIN ABOUT HIS UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE! NO WONDER WHY THIS LOCATION IS ALWAYS EMPTY! IF THE MANAGER ACTS LIKE THIS I CAN ONLY IMAGINE HOW THE OTHER STAFF TREATS CUSTOMERS!I really hope corporate sees this review and send the manager for additional TRAINING!
