“Food was awesome. I had the Buffalo Mac bowl with plain chicken and it was so good. The poor pregnant cashier was overwhelmed taking orders by herself with a huge line and having to run food also, seems like they should have another staff member around, but its probably a call off or something like that so I was friendly and patient.“

“The Chicken is always fresh when we go there timing is everything.As far as there parking lot and driver thru its horrible they will not fix it I've asked!When someone breaks a axle or expensive shocks they may rethink.The employee's has always been curious I don't prefer to go in because of the smell of chicken and there floor is greasy I'm afraid of falling.Parking: Its horrible handicap is so uneven I wouldn't suggest parking there.“
“Our food last night was really good but the workers could be more friendly. The girl that took our order sounded like she'd rather be thrown into a pit of hungry gators than take another order. I've never gone to this location and gotten truly good customer service. Food took FOREVER to get to us BUT our order was right, it was fresh and tasted good. Their mac and cheese is really good and their biscuits are so good we always order extra. If the staff were a little more friendly and acted like they aren't forced to be there, id rate 5 stars.“
“I am concluding a review I started on the Poteau KFC which is now closed, smart move KMAC, My goodness, so long story short, really, I wound up having to call KMAC about the Poteau KFC. So, Christopher Gosch sent me a $40 gift card for the KFC part of KMAC. I received it just a few days ago. Thank you Mr Gosch. My entire family ate well on that gift card and everything was wonderful! We had the 16 piece family dinner. 4 sides, Potatoes and gravy (which were separate) but counted as 1, A+; Fries, OMGOSH, fresh and so good. I love the seasoning on the fries! Mac and cheese, excellent pasta was done perfectly!The coleslaw was made like I prepare it! Sweet and savory all in the same bite. I couldn't help but finish it off for lunch! The chicken was cooked to perfection. We ordered half Original and half Extra Crispy. Both buckets were built the same just 2 different breadings, just as we ordered it.Thank you for correcting the mistake made in Poteau KFC store and thank you for closing the KFC portion of the Poteau store.Thank you to the Folks who work Second Shift in the Hwy 71 Ft Smith Arkansas KFC, For knowing what and how to serve food.Again, Thank you Christopher Gosch for taking the time to go above and beyond to right a wrong.
