First time here. Very cool vibe, the building dates back to the 1800's, one of if not the oldest brewery in Arkansas. Nice selection of beers, wife had a strawberries and cream martini which she totally enjoyed. Incredible potato skins. I couldn't do that at home if I had the recipe. We shared a petite filet, delicious and tender, cooked perfectly. Then the triple chocolate cake for dessert... well, it's probably the reason chocolate was invented; I considered licking the plate, but this is a nice place so I behaved. As far as service, Justin was very helpful and friendly. I hope to come back.

I've eaten at Does a few times, on special occasions. The food is very good, although a little expensive for me. Would recommend.

Food and service was great. To make this 5 star in my opinion, would be to go above and beyond. I called in to make reservations and let them know it was my anniversary and wanted to make it special for my wife. They said there was nothing they could do. For $100 a plate, there was something you could have done but you choose not to. Other than not rolling out the red carpet for my wife it was good, but for that price we kind of expect the red carpet.

Great food! Huge portions and the ambiance was perfect for a romantic dinner. I think the area we were in used to be a place where they stored blocks of ice and later on, a wine cellar. Our server was kind enough to give us a little history on the business property. The steaks are really meant to be shared they are so big. 2-3lb T-bones. My filet was cooked perfectly medium rare as I requested. Expensive but totally worth it in my opinion.

Doe's Eat Place in Fort Smith is a sure hit! The Homemade Tamales and Chili are an outstanding starter. They have fantastic steaks and seafood, excellent sides and rolls that come with every meal that are more like a Beignet served with honey and butter. They have a full bar for those interested in more than standard sodas, tea and coffee.

Requires reservations even though website does not specify. Waited in ft smith all day until they opened only to be told reservations required. It wasn't like it was our 35th anniversary or anything....

I don't care for the Tamales but the Steaks are out of this world good The wait staff was attentive but not overbearing.

Love the building, but their prices have gotten out of hand. 8 dollars for blue cheese!?! 5 dollars for a tiny container of horseradish? I may be wrong but I don't recall that being additional in the past. Tamales are now 28/dozen. We got the ribeye which is usually very tender and flavorful. It was tough and extremely under seasoned for 42/lb ($105) one would expect a much higher grade beef than what was offered. Unfortunately it's reminiscent of Bravo after they relocated and started charging for the little dish of pasta that usually came with the meal. Admittedly I expected to pay for an expensive steak dinner, but frankly texas roadhouse has better steaks comparatively speaking in terms of flavor imo.I should note they gave me a 10% discount for mentioning the toughness of the steak.Unfortunately I don't see myself going back any time soon simply because of the huge price hike (I know everything is more expensive) It's just too much $ to spend on mediocre steaks

I had the best steak I've had in a long time. Our server, Alicia, was awesome. She gave us a little history of the building. We will definitely be back. I want to try everything on the menu.

Where to start?... well, we had a reservation of 30 for a Christmas party from my wife's employer. Before going, I wondered how they would serve everyone steak, at the same time, all 30 of us. They did! And each and every bite was exquisite. Heard the old term "cut it with a fork"? I tried and succeeded. It was a buttery succulent explosion of joyous flavors in my mouth. We ordered numerous drinks, all delicious, especially the cherry cheesecake cocktail. Our bread was hot, salads fresh, and the house cool ranch on point. The baked potato was massive and truly "loaded." Now the service. Our cups never went empty. That speaks volumes. The wait staff was absolutely buzzing around the room. They were fast, friendly, professional, and overall a joy to have. We were taken down to a room that was completely encased in rock. It was, I assume, an old cellar, maybe for beer storage, shaped in a half-moon design, dimly lit for ambiance. Quite romantic and rustic. Price... it is pricy, but with anything in life, you get what you pay for! It was a fine dining experience that lived up to expectation. They served ever steak simultaneously, and we had a wonderful time. It's time for my FLAPS score.Food 10/10Location 7/10Atmosphere 10/10Price 7/10Service 10/10We WILL be back.As I say in all my reviews, "You get what you earn.
