At 5pm on a Saturday, too much of the food looked like it had been sitting too long. Some of the food bins had food mixed from adjacent bins and most weren't labeled correctly. And there were very limited options, no basic chicken nuggets and fries for picky eaters (maybe this is a lunch option?). I had zero issue with the staff, they were all friendly and quick on tasks. Unfortunately I didn't walk out feeling satisfied so it'll be a long while before I come back to try again.

As the owners/managers responded, I feel obligated to add to my review.Every time I go to this location, the food is largely of good quality, the service is always just fine, and their recent update makes the atmosphere feel both familiar and fresh. This is a great choice for those of us fat boys who have the Beetus, as you can skip the carbs and still eat a lot!I do miss the sugar-free dessert options, though, as I haven't seen those the last couple of times I have been in.Dietary restrictions: They have plenty of low carb options, though for you vegetarian folk, you would have to ask them and to make sure that they use different surfaces to prepare their cooked vegetables. I'm sure they do.Kid-friendliness: They always have macaroni and cheese and pizza, so my youngest (4) is always happy. My oldest (11) can usually find something as well.
