Ordered a double cheesburger and fries around 3:20pm. Restaurant wasn't busy. Pulled up to window, nobody acknowledged me for about 5 minutes, then finally a guy took my money, but didn't offer change and walked away, but left the window open. Overheard several employees talking about their personal lives while I waited. After several more minutes, he gave me my food, when I inquired about my change, he had an attitude about it, like I was the one who'd done something wrong.At least the food was okay this time. The previous time, which had been about 6 months prior to this, the service was similar, and the food was awful, and obviously hadn't been prepared properly. After so much time, I thought maybe the problem employees would've been gone and it would be safe to visit again, but apparently not. I won't be back to this location.

Eat Well Travel Often
It’s been years since I’ve eaten at Hardee’s. I’m a sucker for a spicy chicken sandwich so I just stopped by here after seeing a Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich advertised. Ordered one through the drive thru (added extra pickles, of course) and chicken tenders for my dog (don’t judge me?). The staff were SO friendly, funny, & helpful and the food was great. I’ll definitely be stopping by more often now.

The cook placed wrapping for a burger underneath the bacon on my burger, I almost ate foil wrapping this was most certainly intentional as non of the wrapping from my burger was missing! I highly recommend avoiding this place the cooks are doing some weird stuff with the food in the back on week nights around 8 p.

Had to change my review because today when I asked a question about the meat on my order, I got a sarcastic reply back from Earlene the cashier who placed my order for me. You know, I was never rude or sarcastic towards any of the employees here but when Earlene's reply to my question was "I wanna hope it is!", that was not professional. What I will say is that I appreciated the General Manager checking on me to make sure my food was just like I wanted. I think her name is Kris. Anyway, whoever that General Manager is, tell her I said "thank you for treating me a customer you'd want to have come back with her business." ?✌️
