Got the fellow in front of me a tuna fish when he ordered cheesesteak so that caused a little back up. Then 2 more that were not done she is the only one that can make his avocado so everything stops. No one spoke to me the entire time. Everyone just trying not to make eye contact as everything backs up. It was weird and uncomfortable.Paying was not comfortable and she couldn't be bothered. But she also had not done a thing while everything backed up.If it was my first time probably would not return - I'll return but not to this location. Not even a thank you for spending your money here or a thank you for your patience??

Ordered a steak big Kahana no mushrooms, said it twice, cause I am highly allergic, asked the counter person if he told the girl fixing the meat if he said no mushrooms he smiled and no I didn't, so I ordered an turkey club, asked for him to just cut it in half, he cut it in 4ths, I said I just wanted it cut in half, he says oh well it's memory to me. People need to pay attention to the customers, without the customer you have no job

My fiance recommended this place to me yesterday when I was craving a sub.The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, even though I unknowingly came in right before close and took a while looking at the menu.As of now it is my favorite sandwich place. The bread is perfect and the ingredients are fresh and delicious. The staff is super friendly and make you feel welcome.We will be coming back.

I came in earlier this evening and ordered me a giant club sub, which was absolutely delicious by the way and definitely looked as good as it tasted. I was in and out quick definitely will be going back always love good sandwiches and fast and great customer service. By the way, I do think this is the best sub place in town.10 Out of 10 recommend!!

Love the sandwich!!! When myself or my wife go to Fort Smith one of us always stops and brings one home. We always ask for the juice to go/ on the side. Today I picked up a sandwich and the juice spilled all over my car seat? . In past the to go containers were always tape closed. Not Today????
