My second time there wasn't any better than the first. Cold, soggy fries, and the sandwich was messy and not very tasty.

JJ's has been in Fort Smith about as long as we have - but we didn't make the discovery until a couple of years ago! Shame on us!!! Friends had recommended it for the cheesecake, free kids' meals with adult meal purchases and the excellent, friendly and fast service (tonight's excellent wait staff person was Faith - she was so friendly, quick and helpful) - but we were just too slow to take up the recommendations! We have friends that are retired who love it - friends with small kids that love it and, well now us too, that love it! It's family friendly - but they are a sports bar - so if alcohol is an issue - it might not be the best place. For us - we just don't drink (alcohol). The food is outstanding and the service is too! JJ's is my go to for good eats, good music, and excellent service. This is a well managed crew who gets customer service right. Good variety, sharable portion sizes. Highly recommend the burgers!
Stopped in for a quick bite to eat during the week after a long workday. Ordered the street tacos with the homemade chips. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. The tacos and chips were amazing! I was absolutely blown away that they made tacos that are all thriller, no filler, and they fill them up! Don't even get me started on how good those homemade potato chips were. Absolutely amazing place!

Jamie was a great bartender. Never had to ask for a refill. JJ's cheeseburger is a must! Get the homemade tator chips - you'll eat em all.

Service was fine. But the Ruben did not taste good. The corn beef was fatty had to pull it apart to eat. Just had no flavor. Was going to do tacos but you only get 2 with your order and for around 15 bucks that's a rip off. Haven't been in years and now will not go back again.
Faith Davies and Hailey Dahlem did not disappoint. Their service was GREAT! We had a huge party and everything was awesome.

Our server Kenzi was the definition of professional. Got us our food and drinks within a more than acceptable time after asking for them wile the place was packed to the brim. and with a smile on her face the whole time. 10/10!

Went back to give them another chance today. Sure glad I did. Went with fajita quesadillas (from appetizer menu) as I wanted something light since it is so hot out lately. Gotta say this was the best use of ribeye I've had in a long time. They were delicious, and service was outstanding. Jade was my server and I'll definitely be asking to be seated in her section when I go again. A great dining experience!

Good bar/grill food. Service is decent, due to the waitress' are more interested in actually sitting down at the table with the men rather than walking around providing service to the guest. When there is not live music they play the jukebox but the volume is very loud. Food is good overall and the drinks are decent.
