I eat at this location at least 3x a month. Never again food always good. But on Saturday yes they were busy. Was waiting and seen a table that just needed to be cleaned so I asked for the table and was waiting, well as soon as it was cleaned . They gave it to the people that came in after they asked for the table and got it. NOT RIGHT! I will never go back after that. Might sound petty. But its always been first comeRant over.

Someone threw our food away when we stepped away from the table to talk to the band, and I'm just really not that happy about it because I don't eat much and that was two days of food. They threw away my boyfriend's food and mine, all boxed up and everything, we hadn't even gotten a check yet. Hostess said sorry so I guess that was supposed to replace my lunch for tomorrow?Parking: Don't park at Morton

First was shown to table with food in the seats. Next 3 people only 2 sets silverware given. Ordered water not given straws had to ask for them,asked for a set of silverware, did not arrive until asked someone else for it brought me a fork twice the size of a normal fork had to ask for another smaller fork.Son asked for a beer on tap it was empty had to wait 15 min after already asking once. Was warm when it was served. Ordered food asked for pickled jalapeños on side food arrived without jalapeños had to ask again. This use to be the best Mexican place to eat but it has sure gone down hill. I won't be back also friend at table asked for refill on water was brought carbonated water again had to ask it be replaced. I don't really think they cared too much about us as customers went ahead and left tip because I'm not sure if it was the waitress or the establishment. This was on Sunday evening

If I based my opinion of the restaurant on today's experience, i would not go back. We've been to this location many times and had much better service in the past. We waited more than 15 minutes after being seated to get our drink order taken and 30 minutes before getting our food. It took an additional 10 minutes for our children to get their plates. The server only checked on us once during the time we were eating. The restaurant really wasn't that busy and there were at least 3 other servers in our section. My husband finally got up and got left over boxes for our family after we waited a full 10 minutes waiting on our cheque which never came. We really enjoy the food and the atmosphere is nice here but tonight's service was very disappointing.

I have eaten at many, many mexican restaurants, and I can say with certainty that this is some of the best Mexican food I've ever tasted. The burrito colorado was absolutely fantastic. the service was great, and the atmosphere feels authentic. definitely would recommend stopping here.
