Always fast, hot and excellent food. Sometimes I stop for a quick "to go" breakfast of the Bacon Egg Lettuce Tomato sandwich on homemade bread (BELT Sandwich). The service is friendly and helpful and the restaurant is like being at your grandmother's house.

The food is decent. The wait staff, especially one individual, is abysmal. She has a fake facade about her. She's demeaning, rude, arrogant, and never returns to the table for refills. I have to call other staff to get a refill on drinks. When approaching the owner, she says "well it's just her". Wow. How about if that's just her attitude, you send her down the road. It's running off customers. Service industry isn't for everyone. I'd rather run tables myself as an owner than have a wait staff that's driving off diners. In any event, we won't be back.

Have eaten there many times and I was very pleased with the food choices and taste. The service is always friendly, quick and with a smile. I discovered this family restaurant two months earlier and it has since become our family favorite dining place especially after church. Their prices makes it probably the most affordable restaurant in Fort Smith Arkansas.

I've been in Fort Smith for two years and just found this restaurant. We both had burgers and they were the best we've had locally and the prices can't be beat! Homemade buns and sides including the onion rings! The only negative is that I didn't find them two years ago... excellent food and service!

Ordered the chicken fried steak. The breading was so hard I could barely cut it with my knife and fork. Bland taste not coming back.
The food is okay. They don't really serve big portions. I wouldn't recommend their club sandwiches they pile miracle whip on it. I got sick eating it.

My family tried Lewis’ Family Restaurant for the first time today. We weren’t sure what to expect, with some of the reviews being negative, but for a Monday afternoon, we experienced a very clean restaurant with very friendly waitresses! We were pleasantly surprised in both of those senses! The food quality, overall, was good, and definitely met all expectations of what you’d expect at this price point. The food portions were VERY generous for the price! Definitely give Lewis’ Family Restaurant a try if you’re looking for a nice, cheap, and friendly breakfast, brunch, or lunch experience! ?

My family eats breakfast here often when visiting Fort Smith. Friendly servers, really yummy breakfasts, and the chicken fried steak is FANTASTIC. Their greens are also very tasty. Their prices are "in-line" with a diner and even maybe a little less than most. This place is family run, and the servers are the SAME and know who you are. Service is good, but the food can be slow at busy times, but overall we love eating there.Parking: it is on a very busy corner... but multiple in/outs make it easy to manuver.
