Not sure about other locations but this one is ok I guess 1/2 of the time staff is rude an act as if you're bothering them an 1/2 the time you ask a question they don't no how to answer or not sure of the answer they give

Simply put they are not answering phones and I'm extremely upset I had to come up here and order 5 deep dish pizzas and wait in a parking lot apposed to calling them in as planned. If a company can't keep it's phones up and operating what do you even do about things? Mess ups. Call ins. Heck the workers didn't seem to care for customer service so I won't be back. Other pizza joints pick up a phone when called. As I sit here and write this complaint. And I was just lied to about them not having pepper or cheese. I hate this place and the lazy non shalaunt workers. They don't care and I'm just done!!!!

I'm not even sure where to begin with how messed up this thing is. This was supposed to be 1 pizza, but its like they made 2(both wrong) then realized their mistake and tossed everything on top. It's not even cut properly. If you move the massive pile of toppings, you can see that the pizza was cooked before they added what should've been under the cheese. Trying to eat this before our concert was a bad idea. $18 for this...yikes. I'll stick with Casey's pizza from now on.

these people are either completely moronic that are running this place or they are racist but they mischarge on items they never answer the phone they don't bring you the correct food you order they're extremely rude and I've been cussed out by one of the female employees there and I will never be back to this establishment they need a complete rehaul fire everyone that works there and fix the restaurant up properly I don't know it's because of the main amount of customers there are Hispanic and all the workers are too and they don't like white people or black people but but something needs to change
Food prepared in a clean environment, and excellent. I highly recommend this establishment for local residence and tourists. Superb quality. Courteous staff and fast and friendly service. I often enjoy their Italian bread sticks and pepperoni pizza.

Went to little ceasers for some hot n ready pizza, Went to the drive thru as that's the only option, Guy was super rude when tried to order a hot n ready, He simply said "we don't sell hot n ready pizza go somewhere else" but was very rude of saying it, I'd get if they didn't sell it but they do, it's still up on the board and all other little ceasers sell it, It's only this guy who does this, plus overcharges me for extra pepperoni when I don't order extra anything, It was almost $13 for a small pepperoni pizza by Itself by charging multiple extra toppings.

I eat a pizza from here here Saturday night and the service has gotten worse each time...tonight 12 minutes to go 30 ft from the drive thru speaker to the window..which the speaker never work's..the price is never the same...I ask the kid in the drive thru why the SOS was so slow and he said he did not give a shot, so I pulled around to parking lot and called the store to complain to the manager dut they were too busy to talk to me and got hung up on...I have had enough and when my pizza was brought to me her attitude was horrible as well...this store has become a joke...no one cares including the manager..what the hell ever happened to customer service...it's a damn Pee Wee Playhouse at this location and I am done...

Drive thru. Pizza is usually quick. Tastes good. My daughter is a pizza connoisseur, I guess you could say, as that's her favorite. She like it. So that's saying a lot. Very picky eater.
