I had a hankerin' for some greasy fish, and I sure got some. The fish and shrimp were pretty gross. The coleslaw, green beans, and hush puppies were okay. The service at the drive through was abysmal. Yet the prices they charge suggest that they think they're stuff is yummy. It's not.

When I pay for a 2 Fish and 3 Chicken meal, it would be nice if I got that. I got the 3 pieces of chicken but didn't get my 2 pieces of fish and got charged full price...I don't know if I wanna go back to this location because I'm gonna have to double-check and make sure I'm getting the food I ordered because it doesn't take any work to charge me full price but it's gonna take work to give me the food i ordered........ and the workers know me...that's what makes this so embarrassing....?♀️?♀️?♀️

We placed our order and waited for 25 minutes only to find out that they had given our order to someone else and never bothered to tell us untill I asked. So 20 minutes after that we finally got hour food, but it wasn't what we ordered. The employees had no clue about anything that was going on, not to mention the floors were dirty and it was hot in the dining room. We will never come back nor will we ever recommend this restaurant. Poor management.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They lost my order by giving it to somebody else and then made me stand there waiting for over twenty minutes without even trying to work my order back in. I was treated horribly when I asked where my food was? I did get a refund but only after receiving a horrible attitude from the manager and staff over their mistake. While i was getting my refund, two other customers aproached the counter for their refund too, that speaks volumes. Also, while we were waiting, the person behind the counter kept rubbing his nose and behind his ears and then touching money and food. It isn't worth the time or money with their inflated prices, unprofessional attitude, and absence of food safety standards.

The quality of the food has been excellent since we started eating there again a few months ago. Always served freshly made and hot exceptionalcustomer service. Give these people a raise or something because they've saved LJS - Fort Smith which had became foul grease soaked garbage that was obviously re-dipped in the fryer and still served cold.Dietary restrictions: We had the fish with fries,hushpuppies and green beans everything was delicious ?
I waited for over 45 mins.. I know they cook everything fresh but 45 mins is a long time and they lost my order. But they did make up for it and gave me a discount. It's not the employees but management/owner fault on this.

And another added charge for a drink...and even charge you for a cup of water... for two with water was $30.00!!For that price the drink should come with the meal...it's no wonder the cost of living is so high with American greed. We decided it is cheaper to eat elsewhere. Leave this place up to the Biden economy lovers. No doubt won't be back.

If you eat here it's because it's a long time favorite. Food is usually always good but I don't think I'd go inside just becasue it looks dirty most of the time it seems. But grab and go and it's delicious as always.
