We were shocked when we walked in for lunch. The entry way stank of old grease and rotten veg, like a nasty fast food restaurant. We then waited about 10mins for the very uninterested and curt hostess to seat us even tho it was slow. Then the booth had food all over the seats, and the floors were disgusting. Honestly the smell inside wasn't much better than the entry way so we ljust got up and left. Time for a deep clean and a staff meeting! Gross!

Unfortunately I didn't get the young lady's name, but 4/2/24 @ 7:30pm, mobile to go order, she delivered my food to the car. Phenomenal employee. She even asked if i needed anything else after my food was delivered and I've never had that happen at any other longhorn. I wish I could have tipped more. Food was ready at the time noted. 10/10 experience.

They sat me at a table with broken lights. So when I asked to be moved they said yeah they've been broken for a while. So my new table was great however, they gave me a sticky menu. The server, Hannah, took over 10 minutes to get to me. And even asked if I had been waiting long. I let her know and she apologized and took my order. I informed her of the sticky menu and she acted like I was asking her to do something below her. I then watched her put the sticky menu back on the stack for the next person to experience. The floors were visibly dirty and I thought the floor was uneven, no that was just the dirty napkin no one pucked up. I kicked it to the edge of the isle to see if anyone would think to pick it up. Nope, it must have been below them to make sure the place at least looks clean for guests. The utensils I was given were rusted and broken. The food was good but over all, for the price point, Do Better, Longhorn, Do Better.

Service and food were lacking for this chain. Server got our order wrong and didn’t seem to care. I don’t have high expectations for a chain restaurant, but assume I will get basic quality for a simple steak. Not what you want on a road trip.
We went last night! I think the server made our night. Her name was Nikki and she checked on us every few minutes even thought they were very busy. The Parmesan crusted chicken and flo steak was excellent! We will be going back.
