It was good. Reasonably priced. The dining room was very dark. Only every few lights worked which made it feel cheap and ran down.

The food is great nearly every time! The service can be rough towards the end of the day and during lunch time. We still choose to dine here!

A little expensive, but the food was good! The potato salad was the best I've ever had!

The staff at the counter were quite rude and not helpful. The Veggie Spud was cold and the cheese sauce on it lacked any flavor. The restaurant was not clean and booths were ripped and dirty.I will not be back.

Great spot for lunch or dinner! Always friendly service, my favs are the Italian sandwich or the Southwest chicken salad! Their sweet tea or lemonade is wonderful!

Yum! Impulsive stop for lunch here, had never been. Really clean with vibrant colors and ambiance..inviting albeit a fast dining environment. Three people in line ahead of us but it moved very quickly. My only complaint was that the menu board was far from the doors and without my glasses I couldn't see it well. They score extra points however for the website with great pictures that really helped with the ordering process, especially considering we were able to order a sandwich not listed on the menu board (the Rachael). I ordered a spicy turkey but asked to substitute chicken for the turkey. The guy that helped us was incredibly friendly and I appreciated so much him letting me know the soup was a bit watery when I ordered it, which allowed me to make a better choice. We each ordered spuds with our meal. I'm a classic - I like salt, pepper and sour cream on mine. She got the chicken bacon chipotle one (oh my goodness SO good). The sandwiches were perfect, just like the pictures (we ate before I got pictures of our own but I swear they looked just like the website but better). The food was hot and fresh. My only complaint about the menu was for a delivery, I think there should be a pasta salad on the menu as well. Small critique. Originally I was bummed there weren't fries but the spuds were a surprisingly unique addition to my sandwich. As a former vegetarian, I appreciate the options. I will for sure go back.

I love the sandwiches always good. The service is friendly and good. But I have 2 problems. I have gone to a quite a few McAlister's between TN, AR, and TX. Never had a problem with the potato soup except in Fort Smith AR. It is the most watered down, disgusting soup I've ever had. It is so watered down you can't even tell its actually potato soup. It actually taste like the water that was put in it to make is stretch out to last all day. When ask if it was watery was told that's how they receive it. Please stop lying you don't receive it that way or you're the only ones that do. Guess I'll have to tell my kids no more McAlisters until they can learn to serve actual soup

Take out Chefs Salad for $10.09 is a joke The size is a 6 inch x 6 inch salad with a pinch of the items listed in the menu. Service by uninspired employees doesn’t help. Compare ad and actual purchased salad.
