The food is good. But the cokes taste kinda weird lately. Usually the best cokes in town but not lately. Most of the staff do an excellent job of serving customers. But one of the drive-thru cashiers is a little bit rude and tries to rush things too much.
I go through the drive thru a lot. This is 1 out of 2 McDonald's in Fortsmith that doesn't mess up my order. They also have the best fries out of all the McDonald's on Fortsmith and Vanburen, if you like fries that are always hot, crunchy, and fresh. The wait is usually longer than normal but other than that 8/10
