Twice this morning they gave me the wrong breakfast sandwich. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit and they gave me a mcgriddle. I don't like those so I gave it to my husband. I go back and order again and make sure they hear me say biscuit this time and they gave me an egg and cheese biscuit. It wasn't busy either time I went. What's going on this morning? ?♀️ ?♀️

If you order here expect to be parked and wait awhile for food, I literally just got parked for a coffee, they're obviously trying to cheat corporate by showing they get cars out quick, but corporate needs to know they're still slow, they just park you and then take their time getting to you. Why would they park for a coffee? 7brew right down the street is 3 times as busy and pumping out customers 20 times faster. Of course the bad part of getting parked other than the wait is that when they DO bring your order it's brought out with 5 other orders, and they have no idea which order is which so more than likely you're getting someone else's order. Which just happened with my 10 minute coffee. Save your money or go somewhere else that doesn't falsely claim to be fast food. Hopefully they get caught lying to corporate about drive thru times.

So thankful this McDonald's still has a play place. There's not a lot to do on a rainy day while staying at a hotel with littles. So the fact that we were able to use some of our energy in a positive way was quite a blessing.
I like McDonald's! I love the breakfast, the unbeatable coffee, the service and the cleaning ladies, all the staff are very friendly, I personally like Rogers StreetKid-friendliness: My children love going to play, and I also like it because I can eat in peace. I enjoy my time at McDonald's

Not a fan of McD's but we took our granddaughter there. Service was good, employees were friendly, but prices sure have gone up. Facility was very clean.

The only problem I had was after ordering and paying I noticed I was over charged. They have a special 2 pies for $2.50 but was charged $3.09 (what's sad they used to be 2 for a dollar ?). After you pay it is kinda hard to get a refund if you are over charged especially if they are busy.

The last five times I have had the displeasure of visiting this location, the order is wrong or missing stuff. I have had to go in and have my order remade or corrected at least twice every time, sometimes even three times. The employees here manage to turn fast food into a 40 minute nightmare just to pick up something quick and easy to eat. Not to mention the attitude. I am not rude when I come in asking for a replacement because I know how stressful fast food work environments can be, but Im always met with attitude or disrespect regardless. From now on im just parking in the drive through and inspecting the items immediately, and if they arent correct I will wait there until they are remade. Keeping their drive thru time down seems to be the only thing encouraging the employees here to get orders correct.
