Today was my first time eating here and I definitely wasn't disappointed. I had always heard it was expensive but compared to the 18 dollar omelette at IHOP this place was a bargain. Will for sure be going back! ?

The staff was very friendly, and the food tasted hot and fresh. The soup bowl was exactly what the doctor ordered. Great job guys!

Brutal honest review! The teriyaki chicken and broccoli bowl was far from perfect. The rice was dry, the chicken was not breast meat and had slimy fat pieces in it. The broccoli was inconsistent with some being decent and some tasting like it had passed it's preferred participation stage. The southwest chicken melt was ok but not like the vibrant image depiction on the overhead menu. The bread crust was definitely consistent with the teeth on a chainsaw, ask my gums between a missing tooth or two...Broccoli and cheese soup was absolutely phenomenal! Warm, creamy and smooth, chunks of broccoli were bite size and easy to eat. Not too salty but great balance of rich flavor.Steak and white cheddar sandwich had a good balance of horseradish and cheese but maybe a bit short of steak. The bread was the same seek and destroy gum mutilator... Overall rating on this sandwich is a 4/10Drinks were green tea papaya and pretty awesome. The absolute best part was the lemon cookie by miles. Sorry I didn't grab a pic before it had all the way melted into my heart and stomach.Side note: the drink area was a bit messy, some messy tables and the men's bathroom was trashed.Seemed to have more employees than customers and not sure why the restaurant would be this dirty 2 hours before closing with only 3 tables seated. There was absolutely no music playing and the gentle drone from the table pagers continued for long after they were returned to their basket on the counter and could be heard throughout the entire restaurant.Continuously heard employees in the back complaining about other employees while we were eating. They did seem to have great tea though...Total for the wife and I to eat tonight was $43.35 and I don't think the price adequately matched the service, facility and quality.Sorry Panera, this is my second attempt in 15 years and I sadly won't be back.P. S. My wife just told me that an employee finished in the stall next to her and left the bathroom without washing her hands, ick.

Salad was very tasty and fresh. Very quick service.

Everything was fine. I just was shocked that a miniature salad and a very small mac and cheese was $20. I mean it came in a paper container and I had to get my own drink....

I ordered DoorDash for a handful of sides and a bread bowl w/ chicken noodle to ease an uneasy stomach, all of my stuff arrived without a hitch…except for the soup that was supposed to go with my bread bowl. I just ate my sides and the bread bowl is in my freezer until I decide to use it for something. I’ll make sure I’m there in person to check my food before ordering here again.

I have big family. We buy two or three sourdough bread and they never have enough. I will be luck if they have 1 or max two. Saturday 9:30am, they have none.

1/12/2024. I went to go pick up a mobile order, and as I was watching the woman make my food, I noticed she only had one glove on. And the hand with no glove on she had long natural nails, which in my opinion is super unsanitary when dealing with food. I notified someone who appeared to be the manager, and he acknowledge that she should be wearing two gloves and went to inform her. She was done with my order by the time he spoke to her. I requested that she remake my food, and they had no problem with it (at this point I was very respectful and so were the manager and cashier), but when she found out she took my order that she already made and aggressively threw it in the garbage. She then looked at me and gave me an upset and aggressive stare. Not only did she have the audacity to break protocol when making my food, but she also behaved in such an unprofessional manner. As soon as I seen this behavior, I told her that she had no right to act like this, and that I don’t want her making my food. I requested a refund and left the restaurant. The management and employees have always been great here but this one experience really left a mark for me.

I absolutely love Panera bread, but just recently in January 2024 I went to order a sandwich and a bowl of soup and total price was $24.17 for one person. Unfortunately it is time to cut ties with Panera bread this is absolutely price gouging and unacceptable!
