How many times can they mess up an order? 5 times so far this year and doesn't matter if you call the order in or place it online. The whole crew including management needs to go back thru training and/or school to learn how to read an order. I will be calling corporate.

Wow what happened to Papa Johns? I haven't eaten at Papa John's in years and it was very disappointing. The crust was soggy and the sauce is so bland and horrible. The prices for a large specialty, med pepperoni and cheese sticks was $65 and that's absolutely outrageous. I asked for several garlic butter extra and only got 2. The only thing good was the delivery driver. He was very polite. I won't ever order from here again.

I get Papa johns all the time. It is so good the service is absolutely on point. I usually get Timothy as a driver he's a great server. He always brings plates and silverware when needed nd he is always very polite.Keep this hard working gentleman on your team. The food always tastes great too!Kid-friendliness: My children love that I can order a pizza and get brownies or cookies with the order so after they stuff their face with the pizza they stuff it some more with the kid friendly deserts.
Ordered delivery. My order was completed quickly and arrived well under my expected eta. My delivery driver Cedric was very professional and courteous. PAPA JOHN'S has not disappointed me yet. Definitely will be ordering again soon!

It had been a hot minute since I had a Pappa John's pizza. Boy, it was just as amazing as I had remembered.

I called the number listed and it automatically sent me to a call center or remote worker. My coupon was for $21.99, I ordered exactly what was on the coupon. She told me my order would be $41 plus some change. I asked how could that be right if my coupon was for $21.99? 3x she put me on hold. I just received the coupon in the mail this week so I guess her computer wasn’t updated on her end. She finally came back and said, “I can give you a 15% off coupon which is better than yours and it will be $36.89. Will this work for you?” I tried to explain to her that the tax is only $2.20 without the delivery fee. Again, she was like hold on please let me check. I asked if there was a local number and she did not answer me. I finally just hung up the phone after 11 minutes. I have always loved Papa John’s Pizza, but this experience was really frustrating. Why? I’m home with Covid and all I wanted was some darn Papa John’s Pizza and some of those darn Twix Papa Bites, It’s the only thing I have thought I might actually want to eat in a few days. Guess it will be Pizza Hut or Dominos as usual.

I noticed on my way to work that the sign out front said 1 Large, up to 3 toppings for $9.99. So when I got home today I had my wife call to order a 3 topping pizza and was told they don't have a 3 topping Large Pizza for $9.99 so after wanting pizza all day just said the heck with it and got a 1 topping for $9.99 which was what the person on the phone claimed was the deal. Well my wife went to pick up the pizza just now and confirmed when she got there the sign did in fact say up to 3 toppings for $9.99 but yet we were only allowed one topping. Either correct your bogus sign offer or make good on your sign offer!
