This place used to be a 5. I still love all Papa Murphy’s locations, but not this one. You stopped doing the original style breadsticks, and then you took it one step further by not carrying the marinara sauce that the company has had for years. I will drive to NWA for the sauce alone. This Ken’s brand prepackaged marinara is embarrassing to your brand.

Used to get Papa Murphy's often. They were in Russellville, 15 miles. One day went there and the store was completely empty. It was the best pizza for 70 miles. Ft. Smith store is now the closest 73 miles. Really miss it.

Good take and bake pizza. I ordered on their app. When I got to the store my pizza wasn't ready and they said they didn't get my order. I showed them the confirmation email and they made the pizza as ordered. The staff was friendly. Papa Murphy's needs to work on their mobile ordering system.

Never get the pizza correct even tho it's not even cooked prior to getting it, I strongly recommend not calling in an order and watching closely while they make the pizza.
