Order sent to a different address although I have ordered from this place for years. Called 3 times to speck to managet about problem but kept getting left on hold. When I finally got to speck to a manager I could not believe that it wS the general manager. She was rude. I ask to speak to the owner I was told she would not give me the number. While on the phone she was laughing. Apparently my complaint was not worth her time. I believe that a different pizza place will be getting my order from now on. At least they may seam like they want my money.
It probably helps that the store is only a few blocks away but the pizza has never ever arrived cold always been hot piping hot. The delivery guy was really nice

We got it delivered. Ended up getting it from door dash. I don't even have an account with them. They forgot some of our food. Food tasted horrible. Spending the night in the bathroom. Way too much money for a system clean out. Do not recommend..

I gave a two star for the delivery only !Pizza I ordered Beef with Green Bell Peppers. I got mostly a crust pizza. There was barely any beef and green peppers. And the crust was too thin and it wasn't crisp. I found it doughy.I defiantly will not be ordering there again. !!! ??I've ate at all the pizza places. And I give Hideaway a 5 star . They put plenty of toppings on their pizza. Their crust is crip. They are high in price. But I say if you can eat it and enjoy it. Then the price is ok. 10/11/2023

The food was good and I enjoyed it. I ordered a supreme thin pizza . I misread the coupon and thought the price was one thing and it was something else. That's on me- I should've checked it before placing my final order. Final thought-- I will order from her again

I came in with only 20 minutes left on my lunch break to eat, Ashley got me in and very quickly. Awesome customer service as well
Very disappointed pizza tasted old I had to throw it away asked for extra cheese didn't get it and hardly any pizza sauce so the pizza was cold and dry

Wait time was a little longer than expected and we didn't go in as we opted for curbside pickup, so I can't comment on the ambience, but the service was unmatched and the pizza was better than most of the Huts I've visited. We kept it simple this time, just me and two kids under ten, and ordered the Diner Box with a cheese pizza, cheese sticks, and cinnamon sticks. More than enough food for us and for once the toppings covered the whole pie instead of it being 3/4 crust. Overall one of the best Pizza Huts I've ordered from and next time we're craving pizza this location will probably be our go-to.
