Took almost 40minutes for me to get my spicy dark chicken. Restaurant was filthy. Popeyes has really gone downhill. But the food was good.

After many many times of selecting the type of chicken in the order, today I was lazily told by a tall skinny kid with lots of hair and no hair net that you cannot change the ki d of chicken that's picked in the order. Which is false, it's totally possible, and I've seen on the menu board every time I've ordered them selecting the exact pieces of chicken that I requested and it appearing underneath the meal. We used to come here every pay day but now we will no longer.

Popeyes is always had some great chicken. Great seasoning. Great flavor but it seems their food and their chicken choices have gone down the quality. The shrimp looks nothing like the pictures and the advertising still good but small tiny shrimp but it's still Popeyes. Love that chicken from Popeyes oh when they're red, beans and rice seems to be getting smaller too ?

I ordered the seafood tacklebox and it looks like this. Waited 15 minutes in line to get food that doesn't even look edible with like 5 shrimp and the rest terrible fries. Do better.

Awful! The girl on the desk literally came to take my order 4 times and as I started to place it, just walked off into the back. I have never seen a more dysfunctional crew… ever! This place has went so down hill. I just left. Last time I went through I ordered like a 3 piece tender and they gave me 10 pieces of the driest mediocre tenders ever. Like just throw down 3 more strips

I normally go to the Rogers Ave location but since this one's closer to home, gave it a try. Now I know why I go the extra miles to Rogers Ave. The drive thru was backed up so decided to go inside and order to go. There was a couple in front of me who was finishing up ordering. I stepped to counter and guy walks off, and starts talking with girl in back. Just standing there for 5 minutes. Then when 4 more people come in he comes back to take orders. I ordered 2 classic chicken sandwiches. That's it. He takes lady behind me order. Then walks to back again, not helping with anything, just talking. So 8 more mins go by. I see him with the 2 sandwich in his hand. He drops them to the warmer and says it'll be 8 min on your sandwich to other lady. I said I ordered that and he says no I have yours. So I'm standing there, waiting and 6 mins after he put them in warmer he gives them to me. I get home and the bun and chicken are SOGGY! Never will go here again. The one on Rogers Ave has never let me down. I've tried this one total of 3 times, thinking maybe they'd be better but every time it's something. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Our food last night was really good but the workers could be more friendly. The girl that took our order sounded like she'd rather be thrown into a pit of hungry gators than take another order. I've never gone to this location and gotten truly good customer service. Food took FOREVER to get to us BUT our order was right, it was fresh and tasted good. Their mac and cheese is really good and their biscuits are so good we always order extra. If the staff were a little more friendly and acted like they aren't forced to be there, id rate 5 stars.

Chicken was dry and to go back to the store only received the chicken,no sides were replaced that we ordered. Once came back home, the chicken was hard to eat no juices. . I will never order from that location or my friends due to the quality is a negative -10 and the manager was rude. Just fyi myself and friends will not waste our money to throw away for food because it's non tasteful all the way around. The food I received sucks. I will save money and got to McDonald's lol

I put in a mobile order at 6:20 for pickup at 7:10 where i would have no wait on my order. I was still waiting at 7:30. The excuse was they got busy. There was one car in the drive thru and someone else waiting on a mobile order. I dont think so!!

10:29 PM And online it says they close at 12 AM. They only offered me a couple items that I could purchase to eat. I wanted a number three and they told me they didn’t have any of it And couldn’t make it. I drove 20 minutes just to come to Popeyes So, I’m really not happy. I’ve only been to this Popeyes, a handful of times, and I’ve already had to Call them to get another fry because they gave me a fry with 12 little fries in it. I took pictures of it as well. I love the food, the people are nice. I just want to be able to order off the menu till close or even an hour and a half prior and want a normal, full fry when I order one.
