We ordered the Californian and BAT hoping to be amazed but we were underwhelmed by both. I'm not sure if someone skipped a step but the beautifully prepared quesadillas were so bland. The most flavorful items were the included salsa and sour cream.

had the BBQ chicken today while they were out at Belle Starr. legitimately the best quesadilla I've had. cilantro and onion was a great addition to the chicken. I'll definitely be visiting regularly.

We ordered the BAT and Californian hoping to be amazed but we were underwhelmed by both. I'm not sure if someone skipped a step but the beautifully prepared quesadillas were so bland. The most flavorful items were the included salsa and sour cream. The service was wonderful and I really hope this was just a fluke but for $16 it's not worth another gamble.

They're seriously all amazing! I had the BAT (bacon, avocado, turkey) on the low carb tortilla today & it was AMAZING! Will definitely be getting that one again! Thanks for opening such an awesome food truck!

Excellent place to grab a quick, delicious lunch or dinner in downtown Ft. Smith! I ate lunch at their grand opening! I ordered the BAT (bacon, avocado, and turkey), which was probably the best quesadilla I have ever tasted. I was impressed that the bacon was cut extra thick and was smoked earlier in the day. The bacon wasn't thin and crispy and flaking out of the grilled tortilla. It may be called The BAT on the menu, but I call it the divine trinity! I will be visiting this place again soon!
