If I could leave a zero star review I would. Piper was our waitress tonight , Some of the worst service I have experienced. I ordered endless shrimp umm yeah I got my first order . The second once she finally came back and I was able to order she didn't put the order in and forgot I ordered and asked if we was ready for the check. forgot what I ordered and they didn't come out until after I had walked out and left the rest of our party to wait for her to come back .I was afraid i was going to lose my cool. If that was the only thing thing that was wrong maybe it wouldn't be that bad. First round of biscuits came right after we sat down. We got appetizer and salads came I asked for biscuits to be re filed my glass to be refilled and chips for our appetizer. We got the chips and I waited no biscuits ever came and my drink never got refilled. Food came I asked the guy that brought it if we could get biscuits. She came back over to check to make sure our food was ok within a min of us getting our food I asked for my drink and biscuits she still didn't bring me my drink refill or biscuits. I believe when she saw someone at our table share there drink with me she got my drink and apologized.WE NEVER Got the biscuits iand then it just never got better even the payment process wasn't done correctly. I don't under why I paid for a meal I was half served. I expect more from somewhere that is supposed to be a higher caliber of dinning.
It's red lobster. A little pricey for what you get, but food is always good. We have eaten at many locations and probably over 30 times. Service at this location was good. Will return. Consistency good product keeps us returning.

The waitress was so insanely rude. I’ve never been cut off more time while trying to order. Everything we asked for was met with sighs and a terrible attitude. Even after her terrible service I tipped generously. And she was still giving us insane amounts of attitude when we asked for to go boxes. Porsche shame on you, if you get her, run away. We won’t be going here anymore. Better seafood next door at Olive Garden lol.

The girl and the guy in the front was professional . We waited 25 minutes for a table. That was not as long as some places. We were seated to the very right side of the restaurant by the first window. The waiter took care of everyone around us even the people that came in after us. We waited 30 minutes and still no one had come to our table to let us know that it was going to be a a little longer. So we left and went to Taco Mayo .

Tonda was our server and she was amazing!! So nice, and very hospitable. Highly recommend!
We haven't been to Red Lobster in a few years and decided to go for an early dinner. Our server Tonda was fantastic. The food was really good.The only annoying part of our dinner was that we were seated by the kitchen door and it has the loudest, most annoying creaking squeak each and every time someone went through it. Management, come on, replace the hinges or get some WD40.
Food was wonderful service was great but I got charged a extra $40 for some reason on top of my bill I paid cash for a tip a nice tip at that and of course I told them I didn’t want a receipt smh
