I've came 3x in the last 2 weeks and it's been terrible Everytime. the first time no one ever greeted me at the speaker when I parked, waited 5 minutes, pressed again nothing. went to the drive thru same thing no greeting no answer even waved at a car hop, nada. left. came back last Friday to get my kid a treat after school, they put me on hold at the speaker after FIFTEEN MINUTES I said hello I'm still waiting. a young lady said "I'm sorry but we're too busy to do drive thru orders were working on all the cars parked" why tell a customer that?! the plot twist I was trapped and people were pulling out behind me to park and then getting their food. what happened to a queue or even common sense says they have more time or even want to eat there and their car is off, mine is running. when they finally pulled the car up front after 30 minutes!!!! I went to the window where the lady said to pull back around if I didn't order at the speaker. I seen 3 people assuming managers all sitting down, laughing talking and on their phones. after 30+ minutes that's ridiculous. everyone has off days I didn't even call or leave a review so I tried again today. I sat in drive thru for another 20 minutes, just to beg someone to take my order. I watched them make my food & sit it on the counter for another 10 minutes it was ice cold, corn dog had no crunch and my drinks were hot. this location really needs some help and time management training. we have to slow down to speed up sometimes. make a queue and hand the orders out. make drive a priority, so you have less distance for car hops to travel.. essentially speeding up service. finish a task before running around so you have less refunds and food waste. this might be my worst fast food experience in a looooonnngggg time. the crew seemed to be trying but there was ZERO Guidance.

I have been waiting for someone to take my order but not yet gotten my order taken and there were other people who got here way after I got here and they were taken care of. So I had to take it upon my self to download the app and order from there because no one will help me in person. I’m just very disappointed that this “fast food” is never very fast pace.

Horrible Horrible service...sat for 10 mins to order my food nobody took my order so me being the nice guy I thought the speaker was messed up so I pulled to the window thinking they would take my order there but NOPE!!! I sat at the window with workers just looking at me not taking my order or anything so I eventually drove off...that sonic will never receive money from me or my family again because that's just Horrible service

Every time we come here (you think i would learn) it is extremely extremely slow. Even just to order drinks. Take for instance today. 15 mins in a stall red button activated and noone took our order. I have tried the drive thru before for drinks thinking it would be faster, to no avail. I end up sitting at the speaker for long periods of time. This one on zero is the only one that is this way and has been for over a year now. I dont have these issues at any of the other sonics.

I went because my husband said they were having Frito wraps for.99. when I got there, the girl had me wait to place order. Then she said wraps were &1.49. I ordered 6 and order of jalapeno poppers. Had to park and wait for them to bring food even tho I went thru drive thru. Brought me food 8 minutes later. Didn't say a word, no apologies for my wait, nothing. When I got home there was maybe 4 Frito on each wrap and a smear of chili. Poppers were so old they were chewy. Never again.

Went here for 30 min lunch break, ordered food and a coke, gave them cash, while she went to get change I started drinking my coke. They came back and told me they did nit have change so, they took my food away. I told her I already drank from the coke and she said that’s fine we are going to throw it away anyway…. Seriously?! Not only is it terrible cust service but, you can’t repurpose the meal after i have touched it so, rather than comping the meal you throw it away?! Completely rude and wasteful. Also, used up all my time on lunch, thanks

I asked for everything on my burgers I got plain burgers they didn't give me a receipt so I couldn't take the food back even though it had only been 5 mins ago ..they claim their Manager requires a receipt...maybe give me one!!! They have went down hill . I won't be back
