First visit and last. Understaffed and overworked. If you go, make sure they don't have a party out back, because you rate 0 on that scale. Management doesn't care at all. Go to Doe's instead!

The sea bass was very good. A definite recommendation if you are near Fort Smith AR. My guests enjoyed the steaks and the service was very good.

Went for dinner with my colleague, didn’t have a reservation but were offered seats at the bar. Chose the Lamb Chops & were the best Lamb Chops I have ever heard. Taste and the presentation on the plate were both awesome. The lady at the bar was an amazing host!

I wasn't going to review, but it's been a month and it's still bugging meFirst, the good! Apps/Salad came out excellent. The cauliflower boom boom bites were delicious, the croutons and dressing for the Cesar salad were excellent. Atmosphere was nice, never felt rushed, server had a great attitude! The bad... I ordered the butter agreed Wagyu special, and was very much looking forward to a beautiful piece of meat. It came out and looked amazing! But, I had to saw it, it was so tough. The flavor was most excellent, but the chewing went on forever. I thought maybe it was just that piece, but no luck. Even the middle was hard.My wife ordered the fish special. The sauce was good, but the fish itself was quite bland and just not great. It felt frozen and defrosted, which isn't bad, but for that ticket price you would expect better. They were very nice, took the steak off and offered to re-make. I declined. Just was so let down that such a beautiful cut was ruined.Everything else was excellent, but the entrees really need to be the star of the meal. Would have been 5 ⭐ no question if they were.

We recently held our wedding reception at Stonehouse. Chef Rachel and Mike were a wonderful team to work with. They were very patient and understanding as we had multiple changes to our guest count and seating arrangement. Chef and Mike were helpful from the beginning of planning to the final moments of our reception! The service staff and Thomas, the bartender manager, were fantastic in assisting us with all our needs the evening of! They have a beautiful outdoor patio and outdoor space for a larger ceremony/reception!

I was super excited to try this place but left very disappointed. With the price of the food I expected it to be phenomenal. My lamb chops came out cold and dish looked like it had been sitting for too long. It did take forever to get our food. I will not be back and I will not recommend this establishment.

Stonehouse at Chaffee Crossing exceeded all expectations for our 18th wedding anniversary dinner. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and made to feel incredibly special. Amanda, our waitress, was a gem, guiding us through the menu with expert knowledge and ensuring our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. Upon being seated, we were delighted to find our table adorned with a charming 'Happy Anniversary' sign, setting the tone for the evening. The complimentary hors d'oeuvres from the chefs were a delightful surprise and served as a tantalizing preview of the culinary delights to come. Our meal was an absolute culinary masterpiece. The Buffalo meatballs appetizer was a revelation, bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked. The Caesar salad, with its homemade dressing and crushed pepper, was a refreshing start to the meal. And then came the pièce de résistance - the 16oz House aged ribeye with compound butter and steamed shrimp. It was, without a doubt, the best steak I've ever had the pleasure of enjoying. Cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor, each bite was a true delight. To cap off our unforgettable meal, we indulged in the apple cinnamon cheesecake, a heavenly combination of flavors that left us absolutely speechless. The ambience of Stonehouse at Chaffee Crossing was equally impeccable. Soft jazz music provided the perfect backdrop to our dining experience, and the facilities were immaculately clean and well-maintained. Overall,Stonehouse at Chaffee Crossing is undoubtedly the top steakhouse in Fort Smith. From the exceptional service to the mouthwatering cuisine and inviting atmosphere, every aspect of our evening was sheer perfection. We can't wait to return for another unforgettable dining experience. A 5 star Rating overall.

This was one of the worst steaks I have ever had. My wife's steak was less than average also. The service was just ok. The steak was not worth a regular price much less the outrageous prices they charge. The Mac and cheese side tasted like the shells and cheese I make at home. I will for sure not ever be back here.

Our party of eight embarked on a delightful culinary adventure, where our initial wait for seating turned into a serendipitous coincidence, as four of our friends were fashionably late. Our reservation was for 7:30, and while we were seated at 7:50, the delay was hardly a bother, as it synced perfectly with our tardy companions' arrival. The restaurant, while on the pricier side, was a testament to the adage, "you get what you pay for." Every morsel was worth its weight in gold. The highlight of the evening was an unexpected treat from the chef - a tantalizing sampler of a unique fish dip on a cracker, topped with a delectable jam. An explosion of flavors that left us yearning for more, it was a culinary tease that we wished was a permanent fixture on the menu. The experience was further enhanced by a team of friendly and accommodating staff, who ensured our evening was nothing short of perfect. In conclusion, this was not just a meal, but a gastronomic journey that left us with full hearts, satisfied palates, and the desire to return for more.
