Husband went to get lunch and I have never had more bread than meat. Half of the sandwich was just bread. I always had good service and food when I went there but the last few times have been horrible. Would not recommend this store to anyone.

They towed cars parked in places where there were no signs indicating that we couldn't park there. Would have eaten there when we got back. No harm to them was caused by the cars they towed. They only harmed potential customers for no reason. There's no excuse for this behavior. We parked next to what looked like a public duck pond. Very poor form on their part.

Extremely rude and bad customer service. The lady had an attitude with all customers before and after us.
Everyone was nice. Fast service. But my footlong came with like 3 spinach leaves, four slices of jalapeños and a few slices of onion......I just stared at the worker like.....um....are you done?

This is my go-to when it comes to lunch time. Seeing as I work near by, its just a short walk away. The employees are always nice the facility is always clean. Definitely what I consider to be the best Subway in Fort Smith.

I didn’t know we weren’t answering phones anymore. I’ve been trying to call to order and then go pick it up but no one will answer the phone and this isn’t the first time. If I have to go in I’m not gonna be the nicest. This subway is the closest to my house and y’all have poor poor service.
