The guy making sandwiches on March the 7th, 2024, is the slowest person I have ever seen making food. 20 plus minutes waiting for 2 sandwiches is ridiculous. No other customers. It literally took him 10 to just put it in the bag.

Just got two sandwiches both were toasted so crisp you could not eat it. Bread was tough as rubber and that was after i cut both ends off. Tried to call and complain would not answer phone.

I went to Subway 6812 Rogers Ave. I will not be returning or if I do the ladies that were in there this morning I will walk straight out the door. They were rude and disgusting. Did not change their gloves or anything.

This review is not for the person that made my food rather the other employee. The employees name is Kit. She clocked in with a line of 6 people to make her self a sandwich but not help the other worker who was trying to handle the line of 6. Very weird to see. Other than the wait time everything else was fine.

They have horrible customer service here. I placed an app order for over $30 for there to be hardly any food on the sandwiches when I got home. They informed me AN HOUR later that I could drive all the way back down there for a refund/remake or they would will put me down to not charge me for cheese on my next order!

Just ordered sandwiches with Kris it's his 3rd or 4th night of working AND his first night to close. He listened to my request,I asked for extra meat on my footling sub he put that on my sandwich. I was undecided about the cheese and he made a suggestion. Abbie most definitely needs to work on her people skills or not work with the public period.I wasnt impressed with her behavior,she kept saying whatever I requested extra was costs more. Ok I came in there with plenty of money no problem. But rolling her eyes at her co worker because he asked a question and dropped something?? Aside from Abbie's behavior,my overall experience was great !! Kris was great !!
