I ordered online while in Walmart. I was 15 minutes early for my order. Watched the Clerk bust her tail filling orders. The "area manager" graced is with her presence from the back, long enough to take over five minutes to cash out a customer and hand my order from printer to the clerk who was serving two people, then a third. She came out to confirm the Icee machine was off then hid again.Not once did she step in and help fill orders.My order wasn't getting made until I got in line and stopped other orders long enough to get mine filled and get the Diva's name. Angie, is a lazy excuse for a Manager let alone a Team member. I see a new person there every time I go and this is why. CUSTOMERS both online and in person should come first over DIVAS. I won't return to Subway. Better competitors that get it.

Our orders were done incorrectly and when we approached the black lady behind the counter, she immediately gave us attitude like she was annoyed that we even brought it up. She said she had to ask her manager if she could remake it and after she did she continued to give attitude and said she could only remake one despite messing up two sandwiches. She was incredibly rude and shouldn’t be in customer service if she hates it so much.

Worst service I have ever had here! She literally threw all the ingredients into a pile on one end of the sandwich! Wrapped it like she didn’t care if it all fell out. This was the messiest sandwich it looked gross.

My order was done corrently and the food was good in the moment. But all three of us who are from here are now sick as dogs with food poisoning. We are going on day 2 of throwing up and not being able to keep stuff down. We will never be eating here at this location again.
The people at the location in Fort Smith walmart have no idea what they're doing, it looked like they trained a guy for 5 min and then left him there, he was super kind and trying his best with I appreciate but I felt so bad that he didn't know what to do on a lot of things.

Even though one submits an order via the app with 25 minutes lead time, my order was not ready. The flippant attitude of both women when I inquired why this was the case was at best irritating. I swear IF I had another option, I would never have been here in the first place. Not my first disappointment here.

Communication - Poor, need better customer etiquette and attitude.Service - Poor, need to improve courtesy. Food was tossed at me during checkout. Missed key options during food prep (sauces and extras wanted).Time - needs improvement.Other - cleanliness of work clothes would be a plus on image.Overall - not the best experience here. Price vs. quality needs improvement. Decent taste. Burnt bread. Take off 7 seconds on the toaster.- will return and make final decisions as a place to choose for future visits.
