Under New Management now.I’m not being racist. They can’t understand English without a manager there to help out. They don’t understand double meat or most of the names of veggies. I gave them a dollar tip out of pity. I’LL NEVER GO BACK HERE!!! Go at your own risk.

The worse subway in America. I waited for 10 minutes before they take your order several different times. Said he was busy but had 2 customers inside.

Lazy employees didn't want to make any more meatballs at 5:30 pm. Would not honor a valid, non expired subway coupon. Only had one employee in the store during a major traffic time and she had a terrible attitude as if we were annoying her by asking her to do something. Sent email to regional manager and received no response so they don't care either.

Placed an order through door dash - which they confirmed. 40 minutes later (and after the dasher has already arrived to pick up my food), I get a call from doordash that they're having to cancel my order because the store "doesn't have some of the items" and apparently won't allow for edits or substitutions to my order to rectify the situation. This is the first time I've ever experienced anything like this from ANY restaurant in the Fort Smith area.... Shame.
