“Just ordered sandwiches with Kris it's his 3rd or 4th night of working AND his first night to close. He listened to my request,I asked for extra meat on my footling sub he put that on my sandwich. I was undecided about the cheese and he made a suggestion. Abbie most definitely needs to work on her people skills or not work with the public period.I wasnt impressed with her behavior,she kept saying whatever I requested extra was costs more. Ok I came in there with plenty of money no problem. But rolling her eyes at her co worker because he asked a question and dropped something?? Aside from Abbie's behavior,my overall experience was great !! Kris was great !!“
“At least de wifi works. This location is usually steady busy but it doesn't take too long to go through de line. There's normally only 1 but maybe 2 people working. De workers have always been friendly even though I've seen them change out.“
“Subway Fort Smith, Arkansas on 4700 Townsmen Ave is an exceptional restaurant with outstanding service! Even when I arrived 15 minutes before closing, the lone employee, Jasmine, warmly accommodated my large order of 10 foot-long sandwiches for my entire family. She handled everything with patience and a smile, creating a welcoming environment. The place was immaculate and inviting. Jasmine's prompt and efficient assistance made the whole experience delightful. I highly recommend this Subway location, and kudos to Jasmine for her incredible help! “Conveniently located off of Highway 71, easy to find. If you've been to one Subway, you've been to them all. Everything tastes like a normal Subway. The workers were pretty nice but did not seem like they wanted anyone to eat in the restaurant which was great because I wanted to take it home anyway. All in all if you want to Subway this is a Subway.“

“Minor issues aside, this Subway is well managed and the ingredients are fresh. I live close to this Subway so I eat here frequently. The staff are friendly. The minor issues are typical of any fast food restaurant: occassionally runs out of ingredients, bread types, but what is unique to Subway is that sometimes there is "cross contamination" with the food, ie a piece of bacon in with a vegetable.“
“The best subway in town. The lunch hour employees know my likes and make my meal correct every time without me being there(I order online). They even throw in a fork for me. This group of employees are extremely hard workers, kind, and always maintain a smile even through rush hour. Hope this franchise recognizes them.“
